Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device including a touch sensor and a manufacturing method of the same are discussed. The display device includes a substrate having light emitting areas defined therein; light emitting elements provided on the light emitting areas on the substrate; a first encapsulation film covering the light emitting elements; color filters provided on the first encapsulation film to respectively correspond to the light emitting areas; bridge electrodes provided between the plurality of color filters on the first encapsulation film; a bank insulating film provided on the first encapsulation film to cover the bridge electrodes and surround the color filters; touch electrodes provided by being overlapped with the bridge electrodes on the bank insulating film; and a planarization film covering the color filters and the bank insulating film and exposing the touch electrodes.

Abstract: In a roll to roll fabricating system, a plurality of deposition units are provided, and a turning unit is disposed between the deposition units. The deposition units include: a deposition drum on which a film is wound; and one or more evaporators disposed to face the deposition drum, and configured to deposit the film wound on the deposition drum. The turning unit includes a plurality of turning rolls, and is configured to turn the film output from one deposition unit, to guide the film, and to supply the film to another deposition unit.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus using an organic light emitting diode according to the present disclosure is configured such that a substrate is planarized by forming an anti-scratch layer on a cathode electrode to fully cover the cathode electrode.The present disclosure having such configuration can uniformly maintain pressing pressure by virtue of the anti-scratch layer even while winding or unwinding the substrate for pulse aging, thereby preventing damages due to scratches or particles.

Abstract: A lighting apparatus using an organic light-emitting diode and a method of fabricating the same according to the present disclosure are characterized in that contact electrodes are formed by laser ablation and printing after an organic emissive material, a conductive film as a cathode, and passivation layers are deposited on the entire surface of a substrate. The lighting apparatus may be fabricated in a simplified manner without using an open mask (metal mask), which is a complicated tool, and may be useful especially in roll-to-roll manufacturing.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device including a touch panel having a simple structure and minimized thickness is provided. The liquid crystal display (LCD) device according to an embodiment includes a liquid crystal panel and a touch panel structure. The liquid crystal panel includes a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate, a color filter substrate having a black matrix therein, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the TFT array substrate and the color filter substrate. The touch panel structure includes at least one touch sensor. Each touch sensor includes a first electrode disposed within the liquid crystal panel, and a second electrode disposed outside the liquid crystal panel.
