    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a display device. More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a display device capable of enhancing efficiency of light emitted from a light-emitting element. A display device according to an embodiment includes a substrate on which areas of pixels composed of multiple subpixels are arranged, a circuit element layer in which circuit elements constituting the multiple subpixels are provided, a light-emitting element layer in which light-emitting elements constituting the multiple subpixels are provided, and a lens placed corresponding to the light-emitting element.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is an organic light emitting diode (OLED) lighting device capable of expressing characters or drawings with various colors. The OLED lighting device according to aspects of the present disclosure includes a thermochromic pattern arranged inside or outside of a substrate, the thermo chromic pattern having a property of changing a color thereof according to a change in temperature. By applying a reversible thermochromic pattern, which may maintain or lose an original color thereof according to a temperature change, to the inside or outside of the substrate, it is possible to express characters and drawings with various colors without designing a processing pattern inside the substrate.

    Abstract: An OLED panel for a lighting device is provided. The OLED panel for a lighting device may include a substrate; a first auxiliary wiring pattern disposed on the substrate; a first electrode disposed on a substrate on which the first auxiliary wiring pattern is disposed; a passivation layer disposed on the first electrode within an area where the first auxiliary wiring pattern is disposed; a second auxiliary wiring pattern disposed on the passivation layer to form a plurality of areas partitioned from each other; an OLED light emitting structure disposed in the plurality of areas partitioned by the second auxiliary wiring pattern; a second electrode disposed on the OLED light emitting structure and the second auxiliary wiring pattern; and, an encapsulating layer disposed on the second electrode. The OLED panel for a lighting device may form the respective OLED light emitting structures in an island shape, thereby improving luminance uniformity.

    Abstract: An electroluminescent lighting device comprises a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the emission area; a routing line disposed in the non-emission area and surrounding the emission area; a first pad extended from the routing line to a first portion disposed outside the non-emission area; an auxiliary line disposed in the emission area and defining a pixel area; an anode layer covering the routing line and the auxiliary line, and including a plurality of routing connectors disposed between the routing line and the auxiliary line; a passivation layer covering the anode layer and exposing an open area in the pixel area; an emission layer deposited in the emission area on the passivation layer; and a cathode layer disposed on the passivation layer and the emission layer.
