Abstract: The present invention discloses a glass composition for an eco-friendly detergent, and a method for preparing glass powder for an eco-friendly detergent by using same, wherein the glass composition based on borate-based glass containing large amounts of MgO, CaO, K2O, Na2O, and B2O3 and a trace amount of SiO2 exhibits maximized elution of ions such as K+, Na+, Ca2+, Mg2+, etc., whereby a high concentration of eluate can be prepared. As a result, the glass composition for an eco-friendly detergent and the method for preparing glass powder for an eco-friendly detergent allow for the repeated use of a certain amount of glass and can uniformly maintain cleansing performance even to 40 cleansing rounds or more.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an antibacterial glass composition and a manufacturing method thereof. The antibacterial glass composition according to the present disclosure comprises 20 to 40 wt % of SiO2; 5 to 25 wt % of B2O3; 15 to 25 wt % of one or more of Na2O, K2O and Li2O; and 25 to 45 wt % of CaO, preventing a deterioration in durability and having an excellent antibacterial property. Additionally, the present disclosure relates to an antibacterial glass composition and a manufacturing method of antibacterial glass powder using the same that is a novel silicate glass composition, is transparent and colorless and has an excellent antibacterial property and a high antifungal activation level, such that when the antibacterial glass composition is used as a coating agent of a glass shelf, an additive of a plastic injection molded product and the like, the antibacterial glass composition prevents the deformation of the exteriors of the glass shelf, the plastic injection molded product and the like.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: a glass composition that can be used as sealing material; and a solid oxide fuel cell using same. A sealing glass composition according to the present invention includes 10-35 wt % of SiO2, 3-35 wt % of B2O3, 30-65 wt % of BaO, 0.1-15 wt % of CaO, 0.1-3 wt % of NiO, and 0.1-3 wt % of CuO. Unlike conventional glass compositions as sealing material, the present sealing glass composition is suitable for use in solid oxide fuel cells that operate at medium-low temperatures, and in particular, has the excellent effect of minimizing sealing adhesion strength degradation even after long-term use.

Abstract: A glass frit according to this application may include a composition of P2O5, V2O5, TeO2, CuO, ZnO, and BaO configured to replace a conventional lead glass composition and enable a low temperature calcination. A coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the glass frit may be matched with that of a glass substrate. The composition may not include an inorganic filler or at least reduce a content of an inorganic filler to reduce or prevent separation and breakage and to improve durability. Abstract: Disclosed are an environmentally-friendly glass composition for laundry detergents and washing supplements, and a method for manufacturing a glass powder thereof, wherein the glass composition is a borate glass containing large amounts of K2O and Na2O and a small amount of SiO2, and the elution properties of ions are maximized, thus enabling the production of a high concentration of elution water. As a result, the present invention uses to advantage the low chemical durability of borate glass, which is a major disadvantage of borate glass, and thereby maximizes the elution properties of the glass to form a large amount of OH− ions and B(OH)4− ions within a short period of time, and thus can exhibit excellent washing power during the washing of laundry.
