Abstract: Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting retransmission data using an HARQ in a wireless communication system. Specifically, it is determined whether there is a radio resource for transmitting retransmission data. When the radio resource exists, a DCI format including a retransmission indicator field is configured. The retransmission indicator field indicates whether the retransmission data is general retransmission data or opportune retransmission data. The opportune retransmission data is retransmitted before an ACK/NACK signal for initial transmission data is received. The retransmission data is transmitted through the radio resource according to scheduling of a configured DCI format.

Abstract: The method for performing a random access procedure by a user equipment in a network in which a plurality of communication systems interwork may comprise: establishing an association with an access point (AP) of a neighboring wireless LAN communication system if it is impossible to perform a direct uplink transmission to a cellular communication system of the plurality of communication systems or that the UE is located in an area where direct uplink transmission is not possible; transmitting, to the AP, a first message including a random access preamble sequence; receiving a second message from a eNode B of the cellular communication system in response to the first message; transmitting, to the AP, a third message including the received second message and a radio resource control (RRC) connection request; and receiving, from the eNode B, a fourth message related to an RRC connection setup in response to the third message.

Abstract: A method and a device for controlling power in a TDD-based wireless communication system are provided. Particularly, a first resource block group for a first terminal and a second resource block group for a second terminal are configured. The first resource block group is configured in a partial frequency band of the entire frequency band. The maximum transmission power of the first terminal is controlled for the first resource block group according to the ratio between the number of subcarriers in the first resource block group and the number of subcarriers in the second resource block group. An uplink signal of the first terminal and an uplink signal of the second terminal are received through the first resource block group.

The control channel and the data channel are transmitted in different frequency bands. Data is transmitted through the data channel.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for removing a self-interference in a wireless access system supporting a full duplex radio (FDR) scheme, and devices for supporting the same. A method by which a transmission end removes self-interference in a wireless access system supporting an FDR scheme, according to one embodiment of the present invention, can comprise the steps of: transmitting two transmission signals by using two transmission antennas; receiving two reception signals by using two reception antennas; estimating a self-interference channel; and removing interference signals by considering the self-interference channel estimated from the reception signals. Here, the interference signals are the transmission signals which are inputted to the two reception antennas, the transmission signals and the reception signals are simultaneously transmitted and received through a resource region comprising the same time and frequency, and the two transmission antennas and the two reception antennas can be disposed on the transmission end in a diamond shape.

Abstract: A method for supporting by a temporarily serving base station an initial access of a terminal in a wireless communication system, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: determining whether or not a terminal, which requests a radio resource control (RRC) connection establishment for an initial access, supports a predetermined service; if the terminal supports the predetermined service, requesting a load status report to candidate base stations that can be accessed by the terminal; requesting to the candidate base stations multiple connection establishment with the terminal on the basis of the load status report obtained from the candidate base stations; determining a base station for establishing of serving link with the terminal on the basis of the response to the multiple connection establishment request; and transmitting to the terminal an RRC connection establishment response message which comprises information about the base station for the establishment of the serving link.
