摘要: An improved lead working machine has a mechanism portion that supplies a leadframe 100, a working and handling portion that performs the necessary working processes on the work as it is fed consecutively, and a receiving mechanism portion that receives the worked products. A plurality of dies 40 and 42 for performing working processes including resin removal, dam bar cutting and lead forming, etc. are provided in tandem in the working and handling portion such that the direction of the working line of the first die 40 aligns with that of the subsequent die 42. A rail mechanism for guiding the lateral edge portions of the leadframe to be transported from the first die 40 to the subsequent die 42, as well as a pickup mechanism, by which a piece part that has been obtained by separating the product portion of the leadframe 100 in the first die 40 is picked up and transported to the subsequent die 42, are provided in positions intermediate between the dies 40 and 42.

摘要: In a focus detecting apparatus, comprising a focus detecting optical system which leads two images created by the light passing through two different points of an objective lens onto a pair of one-dimensional image sensor arrays, a divider for dividing the pair of image sensor arrays into small blocks to take out the image output from each block, a focus detection calculator for shifting, from each other, the image outputs obtained from the pair of image sensor arrays to calculate the relative shift amount of the two images, and a modifier for changing the width of the blocks; a focus detecting apparatus further comprising a decider which decreases the width of the blocks through the modifier when it analyzes the space frequency component of the subject and determines that the subject includes a high-frequency component, or increases the width of the blocks when it determines that the subject includes a low-frequency component.

摘要: An image sensor having a plurality of photoelectric devices output signal trains representing an incoming image of an object. A microprocessor divides each of the output signal trains of the image sensor into a plurality of ranges. A plurality of assembly errors corresponding respectively to the plurality of ranges are pre-stored in a memory. The microprocessor calculates the gravity center position of the contrast of the object image for each of the plurality of ranges on the basis of the output signal trains, so that the compensation amount corresponding respectively to each range is calculated. Therefore the microprocessor determines a defocus amount of the photographing lens in each of the plurality of ranges on the basis of the output signal trains and the corresponding compensation amount.

摘要: A focus detection device includes a pair of photoelectric converting element arrays that output a pair of signal strings and a focus detection optical system, including a photo lens, that conducts a pair of light rays from a subject to the pair of photoelectric converting element arrays. A filter extracts a pair of signal strings having a predetermined frequency component from the pair of signal strings outputted by the photoelectric converting element arrays. A calculation range setting device sets a calculation range of signals of the pair of extracted signal strings, and a focus detection calculating device calculates a focus adjustment condition for the photo lens based on the signals of the pair of extracted signal strings in the calculation range. A contrast calculation device calculates the contrasts in areas outside the calculation range based on the signals of the pair of extracted signal strings excluded from the calculation range, wherein the operation of the focus detection calculating device is dependent upon the calculated contrasts. When the calculated contrast exceeds a predetermined value, focus detection calculations based on a pair of signal strings with lower frequency components are not carried out, or else the shift range for correlation calculations is narrowed, or else the threshold values for reliability determination are changed and the reliability determination standard is made to be more restrictive, or else the focus detection calculation range is narrowed.
