摘要: A contents transfer apparatus applicable to various chemical reaction cartridges for general purpose, and a chemical reaction system are provided. The contents transfer apparatus comprises a plurality of members, arrayed substantially continuously, and driving means for independently driving the plurality members. Since the plurality of members are driven independently of each other, it is possible to transfer the contents of the cartridge with the same operation as made by use of rollers, and also possible to transfer the contents with more smooth pulsative operation.

摘要: A parameter storage section stores parameters to be used in electronic control units, in correlation with individual drivers. A driver identification section identifies a driver of a vehicle. A parameter retrieving section retrieves, from the parameter storage section, parameters correlated with the driver identified by the driver identification section, and supplies the retrieved parameters to the electronic control units. A parameter generation section generates parameters based on information related to the driver, and stores the generated parameters in the parameter storage section.

摘要: Provided is a marine boiler structure that is capable of remedying non-uniformity in corrosion progression by making the temperature distribution of combustion gas that passes through a superheater uniform, and that is also capable of reducing the level of NOx contained in the combustion gas. In a marine boiler structure configured such that combustion gas generated by combustion in a burner flows from a furnace through a superheater and an evaporator tube bundle, a bottom air port that supplies part of the combustion air as bottom air from a furnace bottom portion of the furnace is provided, the bottom air port is positioned closer to the superheater relative to a burner center line, and an ejecting direction of the bottom air is set within a range inclining in the burner direction from the vertically upward direction.

摘要: There are provided a parameter setting device capable of cutting down development costs, and various social costs by reducing the burden on work for optimizing parameter values, and so forth. An acquisition means acquires output results while varying parameter values of parameters. A determination means determines optimum parameter values on the basis of the output results acquired by the acquisition means. An acceptance means accepts a user's instruction for determining a procedure of acquiring the output results by the acquisition means, and a method of determining the optimum parameter values by the determination means. A storage means stores the output results acquired by the acquisition means. According to the parameter setting device of the invention, since the user's instruction for determining a procedure of acquiring the output results by the acquisition means, and a method of determining the optimum parameter values by the determination means is accepted, it is adaptable to various systems while reducing the burden on work for optimizing the parameter values.

摘要: The present invention realizes a screening method and device able to obtain the entire image of a cell as a detailed and accurate (with a good SN ratio) image at high speed by observing the cell image while a Nipkow system confocal scanner is used and the focal position of an objective lens is changed in the optical axis direction. In the present invention, a reagent and a fluorescent marked cell are injected into a well. The focal position is changed in the optical axis direction by using the Nipkow system confocal scanner. Excitation light is irradiated to the well in each focal position, and fluorescent light generated from the cell is received and the degree of activity, and so on, of the cell is measured and displayed on the basis of a slice image of the cell.

摘要: The present invention makes improvements in a mobile communication system that performs a communication via a communication network provided in a mobile body to execute a data transfer. The present system comprises a plurality of nodes, a path control device which receives data from the nodes respectively, selects a path for the data transfer on the communication network, and outputs the data, first optical fibers which connect each of the nodes and the path control device and transfer the data, and second optical fibers provided in parallel with the first optical fibers. In the present system, the path control device communicates with the node via the second optical fiber when a failure occurs in the first optical fiber.
