There is provided an anti-Newton ring sheet having an excellent anti-sparkle property, which can prevent the generation of sparkles when it is used in a touch panel using a high-definition color display, and a touch panel using this anti-Newton ring sheet. The anti-Newton ring sheet 1 of the present-invention has an anti-Newton ring layer 3 comprising ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid resin (binder component 32) and fine particles 31 on one surface of a transparent substrate 2, and preferably the mean diameter and the coefficient of variation of the diameter of the particle 31 is not less than 0.5 μm and not more than 3.0 μm and not less than 20% and not more than 80%, respectively, and the thickness of the anti-Newton ring layer 3 is preferably not less than 0.2 μm and not more than 3.5 μm.

A fingerprint easily erasable film formed by providing a resin layer on a substrate, in which surface of the resin layer is matted and which is formed so that the surface of the resin layer should show a wet tension (JIS-K 6768:1999) of 25 mN/m or higher. Preferably, the resin layer has a surface roughness of 0.2 to 2.0 μm in terms of the ten point mean roughness Rz (JIS-B 0601:1994). The resin layer preferably contains an ionizing radiation curable resin and a matting agent, more preferably, two kinds of matting agents having different average particle diameters. On the fingerprint easily erasable film having such a configuration, ingredients of fingerprint are unlikely to adhere, and even if ingredients of fingerprint adhere, the ingredients of fingerprint can be removed substantially completely or to such a degree that they cannot be visually observed by wiping with cloth or the like.

In a transparent hard coat film, in which a transparent hard coat layer is formed on at least one surface of a transparent polymer film, the transparent hard coat layer is composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent and inorganic particles having a mean particle diameter of 1-10 μm. The organic-inorganic hybrid hard-coat agent preferably contains reactive silica. Such a transparent hard coat film of the present invention has well-balanced anti-glare effect and resolution and yet has hardness that is typically expressed as surface hardness.

A transparent hard coat film includes a transparent polymer film and one or more transparent hard coat layers including at least an ionizing radiation curable resin and two or more kinds of inorganic particles having different average diameters. The transparent hard coat film prevents glare of a color screen when it is placed on a high definition color display. It also prevents glare caused by external light without causing blurring of the screen images due to degradation of transparency and improves visibility of the display.

An adhesive layer composed of at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and two or more matting agents having different average diameters is formed on a transparent polymer film to obtain a support film for a transparent conductive thin film. Alternatively, a transparent hard coat layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder and,a matting agent having an average diameter of 1-15 &mgr;m, and an adhesive layer containing at least an ionizing radiation curable resin binder, a thermoplastic resin binder and a matting agent having an average diameter of 5-50 nm are formed on a transparent polymer film. The thus obtained support film is excellent in durability when the transparent conductive thin film is formed thereon and prevents occurrence of a Newton-ring, which is produced in a touch panel of the conventional liquid crystal display. The support film, when used in a touch panel of a color liquid crystal display, prevents glare of the color screen and is suitable for use in touch panels of both monochrome and color liquid crystal displays.
