摘要: Antireflective nanoparticle coatings and methods of forming the coatings on substrates are disclosed. One method for forming an antireflective coating includes depositing a nanoparticle coating layer on a substrate, wherein the nanoparticle coating layer includes a colloidal solution of nanoparticles and a solidifying material. The solidifying material includes a silica precursor. The method further includes curing the solidifying material to form silica inter-particle connections between adjacent nanoparticles and between at least some of the nanoparticles and the substrate to bind the nanoparticles to each other and to the substrate to form the antireflective coating.

摘要: A method to make dyed functional film comprising the steps of providing a soluble polymer material; adding an appropriate solvent to the polymer material to make a soluble polymer solution; providing a soluble dye; adding an appropriate solvent to the dye to make a soluble dye solution; adding the dye solution to the polymer or PVA solution, and introducing the dyed polymer or PVA solution to a solution casting device; removing a thin dyed functional film from the casting device; and letting the dyed functional film dry and solidified.

摘要: Described herein is an anti-reflective film including: a hard coating layer; and a low-refractive layer containing a binder resin and hollow inorganic nanoparticles and solid inorganic nanoparticles dispersed in the binder resin. The hollow and solid inorganic particles are dispersed in the low-refractive layer such that the amount of the solid inorganic nanoparticles positioned close to an interface between the hard coating layer and the low-refractive layer is larger than that of the hollow inorganic nanoparticles. Also described is a manufacturing method of the anti-reflective film including: applying a resin composition containing a photopolymerizable compound or a (co)polymer thereof, a fluorine-containing compound including a photoreactive functional group, a photoinitiator, hollow inorganic nanoparticles, and solid inorganic nanoparticles on a hard coating layer, and drying the applied resin composition at a temperature of 35° C. to 100° C.; and photocuring the dried resin composition.

摘要: Method for treating antireflection coatings on an optical substrate (17) involves a stage for carrying out the physical vacuum-deposit of a fluorinated polymer-containing layer having a low refractive index and is characterized in that the stage includes in deposing a silicium or magnesium fluoride/fluorinated polymer hybrid layer (21d) by simultaneous vacuum evaporation of silicium or magnesium fluoride and the fluorinated polymer, In a preferred embodiment, the fluorinated polymer is embodied in the form of a polymer or tetrafluorethylen polymer and the components are evaporated by a Joule effect or by electron bombardment. The method is advantageously used for improving the adherence of a low refractive index layer to a subjacent layer of a pile of antireflection coatings which is deposited on any optical substrate or the inventive substrate. The substrate produced by the method and a device for carrying out the method are also disclosed.
