    摘要: A DC-DC converter for boosting an input voltage to a higher output voltage includes an inductor, a field effect transistor, a first ON signal generating circuit, a second ON signal generating circuit, an OFF signal generating circuit, a transistor driving signal generating circuit, and a switching frequency varying circuit. The switching frequency varying circuit changes a first ON time with the passage of time, so that the energy of switching noise is diffused without concentrating at specific frequencies. Thus, magnitude of the energy of switching noise in each switching frequency can be reduced.

    摘要: A weather strip has a molded section and extruded sections. A seal part of the molded section is connected to an end face of a hollow seal part of the extruded section. Concave cutout portions, which serve as a deformation facilitating portion or a stress absorbing portion, are respectively formed in regions of the seal part, each of which is located in the vicinity of a connection surface between the seal part and a corresponding one of the extruded sections. The molded section is made of TPO instead of a rubber material. Although stress acting in the direction of extension of the weather strip may be applied, the presence of the concave cutout portions limits the concentration of stress on the connection surface.

    摘要: A molding device for molding a molded portion of a weather strip has a lower mold, an upper mold, a first sliding mold, a second sliding mold, and a core mold. The core mold has a core body and a core holding portion. The core body comprises a molding part, and insertion parts, into which end parts of an extrusion portion are respectively inserted. The core holding portion extends from only a one-side part of the core body. Cutout portions are formed in parts in which the core holding portion is not present. Convex portions of the second sliding mold are fitted thereinto in what is called a zero-abutment state. Upon completion of molding, the second sliding mold is slid to thereby cause a molded portion to perform relative movement with respect to the core mold. Consequently, the core body can extremely easily be removed from the molded portion.

    摘要: An interconnection structure for integrated semiconductor circuits has a Ti layer disposed on a semiconductor substrate, a TiON layer disposed on the Ti layer, and a TiN layer disposed on the TiON layer. A metallic interconnection layer containing Al is disposed on the TiN layer. The TiON layer is effective to prevent Al in the metallic interconnection layer and Si in the semiconductor substrate from being mutually diffused. The metallic interconnection layer can deposited, with a good coverage, in a connecting hole defined in an interlayer insulating layer on the substrate.

The interference signal can be cancelled even if the interference signal is not directly obtained or plural interference signals exist, or the interference signal is a wide band signal or raster interference simply by receiving two signals which have passed through different transmission paths, combining the main signals contained in each of the received signals in a manner to offset each other to the extract interference signal, and removing the interference signal component from the received signal based on the expected interference signal.
