Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor and a deceleration mechanism. The motor has a motor case having a first opening end surface. The deceleration mechanism has a deceleration mechanism case having a second opening end surface. The motor case and the deceleration mechanism case are connected via a sealing member. The first opening end surface has a first end surface body part and a first end surface protrusion part. The second opening end surface has a second end surface body part and a second end surface protrusion part. The sealing member has a body part sealing part and a protrusion part sealing part. The protrusion part sealing part has an axial-direction protrusion that faces a side surface of the motor case in the first end surface protrusion part or a side surface of the deceleration mechanism case in the second end surface protrusion part in a circumferential direction.

Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor which has a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction, a motor case for housing the motor, and a deceleration mechanism coupled to one axial side of the motor shaft. The motor case has a case cylinder portion, a lid for covering, and a plurality of screws. The case cylinder portion has a plurality of screw fixing portions. The lid has a top plate portion, an outer cylinder portion which surrounds the case cylinder portion from a radial outer side, an annular groove portion, and a seal member which seals the opening portion of the case cylinder portion. In the lid, an axial thickness of a region which overlaps the annular groove portion as viewed in the axial direction is larger than an axial thickness of the top plate portion.

Abstract: In one aspect of an electric actuator, a motor shaft has an eccentric shaft portion. A speed reducing mechanism has an externally toothed gear coupled to the eccentric shaft portion, an internally toothed gear engaged with the externally toothed gear, an output flange portion located on one side in an axial direction of the externally toothed gear, and a plurality of pillar members having pillar member bodies. The output flange portion has a plurality of through holes disposed along the peripheral direction. The pillar member bodies are inserted into the through holes, and support the externally toothed gear so that the externally toothed gear is capable of swinging around a central axis. The pillar member has a convex portion arranged on an outer peripheral surface of a part of the pillar member body. The convex portion is disposed facing one side peripheral in the axial direction of the edge portion.

Abstract: The stator of the stator unit has a stator core in an annular shape along a circumferential direction, an insulator attached to the stator core, and coils attached to the stator core via the insulator. The bus bar unit of the stator unit has a bus bar holder for holding the bus bar on one side in an axial direction of the insulator. The bus bar has a terminal part extending closer to the one side in the axial direction than the bus bar holder and a coil connection part connected to a coil lead wire drawn from the coils to the one side in the axial direction. One of the bus bar holder and the insulator has claw parts protruding in the radial direction, and the other of them has a hooking part to which the claw parts are hooked and fixed in the axial direction.

An end on one side of the power supply terminal (42a) is electrically connected to the sensor element main body (421). In a state where the power supply terminal (42a) passes through the first connection part (44a), an end on the other side of the power supply terminal (42a) is in contact with the inclined part (44d) and the first connection part (44a) is in contact with the power supply terminal (42a), so that movement of the power supply terminal (42a) in a direction away from the bottom surface (41a) is restricted.

Abstract: An electric actuator is provided. The case includes a first recess that is recessed from an inner surface of the case to one side in a first direction and a support surface that faces the other side in the first direction. The first rotation sensor includes a sensor main body which includes a sensor chip and is accommodated in the first recess and a projection that protrudes in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction from the sensor main body. The projection is supported on the support surface from one side in the first direction. The sensor main body is disposed on the other side in the first direction away from the bottom surface of the first recess.

Abstract: An electric actuator of the disclosure includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, and a bearing fixed to a motor shaft having an eccentric axis portion. The speed reduction mechanism has: an externally toothed gear, an internally toothed gear, a facing member arranged facing the externally toothed gear, and column members arranged to protrude from one member of the facing member and the externally toothed gear toward the other member and surround the motor axis. The other member has hole portions arranged to surround the motor axis. The column members are inserted into the hole portions respectively, and support the externally toothed gear to be swingable around the motor axis via an inner side surface of each of the hole portions. At least one of the column members is attached to the one member in a manner of being rotatable around a central axis of the at least one column member.

The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape; an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part via the bearing and engaging with the internal gear; and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a plurality of gear supporting parts which support an end surface of the internal gear facing one axial-direction side and which are disposed in a circumferential direction with intervals from one another.
