    Abstract: An image processing device (10) according to the present disclosure includes: an image division unit (12) that divides an image to be processed including a predetermined object into a plurality of divided images having a predetermined size; a region detection unit (13) that detects, for each of the plurality of divided images, an object region that is a pixel region of the object in each divided image and a deterioration region that is a pixel region of a deterioration portion of the object; an information combining unit (14) that generates an object detection result image obtained by combining images of a plurality of the object regions detected for the respective plurality of divided images while maintaining a positional relationship among the plurality of divided images, and a deterioration detection result image obtained by combining images of a plurality of the deterioration regions detected for the respective plurality of divided images while maintaining the positional relationship among the plurality of divided images; and a diagnosis unit (15) that diagnoses deterioration of the object on the basis of the object detection result image and the deterioration detection result image.
