Abstract: An optical film set includes a first optical film provided with a first gluing agent layer and disposed on a viewing side of an optical element via the first gluing agent layer; and a second optical film provided with a second gluing agent layer and disposed on a rear surface side of the optical element via the second gluing agent layer. A first glass film having a thickness of 50 pm or more and 150 μm or less is disposed on a viewing side surface of the first optical film. Abstract: Provided is an optical film, which, despite including a polarizing plate having a recessed portion or a through-hole, is excellent in handleability, is suppressed from causing the strain of the polarizing plate, and shows a small dimensional change owing to an environmental change. The optical film of the present invention includes a glass film, a polarizing plate, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the stated order, wherein the polarizing plate has a recessed portion that opens on a surface of the polarizing plate opposite to the glass film, or a through-hole, wherein part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer fills the recessed portion or the through-hole, and wherein the glass film has a thickness of from 30 μm to 150 μm.

Abstract: A method of conveying a glass film composite uses a roll-to-roll process for winding a glass film composite wound on a feed roller by a winding roller through a plurality of conveyance rollers. The glass film composite includes an elongated glass film, and linear resin tapes disposed on one side of the glass film along a longitudinal direction of the glass film at both ends in a width direction of the glass film. The method includes a step of conveying the glass film composite from the feed roller to the winding roller through the plurality of conveyance rollers without passing a state in which the glass film composite is bent so that the resin tapes are directed to the inside.

Abstract: Provided is a thin glass laminate, which is prevented from being broken by bending of a thin glass, and which is excellent in bending durability. The thin glass laminate of the present invention includes a resin film and a thin glass arranged at least on the resin film, wherein the thin glass has a thickness of from 30 μm to 150 μm, and wherein at least part of an end surface of the thin glass is formed of an inclined surface extending downward and outward and/or a curved surface. In one embodiment, at an upper end of the thin glass, at least part of the end surface is formed of the inclined surface extending downward and outward or the curved surface.

In the optical laminate roll, the optical laminate includes a flexible glass layer (10), a polarize (30) and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer (80). The thickness of the glass layer is preferably 150 μm or less. The length of the optical laminate roll is preferably 100 m or more. In the optical laminate, the polarizer and the adhesive layer may be arranged in this order on a first principal surface of the glass layer. A transparent film may be disposed between the glass layer and the polarizer.
