There are provided measures for handling of paging messages in communication endpoint to network relaying scenarios. Such measures exemplarily comprise, at a relay terminal connected to a mobile access entity of a cellular network systems, selecting, for a terminal to be relayed, a sidelink communication group of a set of configured sidelink communication groups, monitoring network-served paging indicator resources corresponding to said terminal to be relayed for a network-served paging related identifier indicative of transmission of a network-served paging message and information on network-served paging message resources for said transmission of said network-served paging message, transmitting, if said network-served paging related identifier indicative of transmission of said network-served paging message is detected in said network-served paging indicator resources corresponding to said terminal to be relayed and information indicative of paging of said terminal to be relayed is identified in said network-served paging message transmitted in said network-sewed paging message resources as a result of said monitoring, in inter-terminal paging indicator resources configured for said sidelink communication group and next to said network-served paging message resources including said information indicative of paging of said terminal to be relayed, an inter-terminal paging related identifier indicative of transmission of an inter-terminal paging message and information on inter-terminal paging message resources for said transmission of an said inter-terminal paging message, and transmitting said inter-terminal paging message in said inter-terminal paging message resources for said transmission of said inter-terminal paging message.

A method, apparatus and computer program product are provided to receive, at a user equipment, an indication providing a cell location to which the user equipment, operating in a dual connectivity mode, should transmit a buffer status report for one or more bearers, the cell location being one of a first location, a second location, or a first location and second location and in response to being triggered, causing buffer status report to be transmitted to the location provided in the indication. In some embodiments, the bearer may be a split bearer. In some embodiments, the indication may be provided by RRC signaling, MAC signaling or physical layer signaling.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to mechanism for sharing HARQ processes by multiple configured grant resources. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, multiple configured grant resources share a common pool of HARQ processes. The network device transmits information concerning the multiple configured grants resources and the common pool HARQ process to the terminal device. Further, for one of the multiple configured grant resources, the terminal device selects a HARQ process from the common pool of HARQ processes. In this way, the throughput has improved and the low latency for high priority data is ensured.

Abstract:
Various communication systems may benefit from the appropriate handling of multiple competing transmissions. For example, high or ultra reliable low latency communication systems may benefit from cycling hybrid automatic repeat request transmission processes for grant-less uplink transmission. A method can include identifying or predicting a plurality of pending data transmissions. The method can also include deterministically cycling the pending data transmissions among a plurality of available resources.
