Abstract: A method is described of minimizing fronthaul data load and beam management realization in a cellular non-terrestrial network using a satellite network system, comprising: providing a plurality of cells of a cellular service based on satellite systems in a satellite constellation to be used in a pre-defined pattern when being translated into beams, wherein a given cell covers more than a single geographic location in a non-adjacent manner; wherein a reuse pattern of cells avoids two cells covering an overlapping area; and the reuse pattern also avoids neighbor cells.
