摘要: A relay device and a multi-split control system that achieve reliable communication between an outdoor air conditioning unit and multiple indoor units under the condition that the length of a communication bus is limited. The system expands the communication distance by a cascade path formed by a plurality of relay devices. The cascade path transmits control signals sent by a master control device/a specific slave control device (i.e. a slave control device communicating with the master control device or certain relay device) to corresponding slave control devices one by one, and the corresponding slave control devices transmit the signals to the master control device/specific slave control device according to a response signal fed back by the control signal, where the relay devices may respectively communicate with a source node device and a destination node device on the basis of the master-slave type communication mode.

摘要: To solve the problem that a resonance phenomenon occurs between an outdoor unit and a compressor of existing air conditioners, embodiments include a compressor and a pipeline connected to the compressor. A control method includes obtaining a vibration displacement of the pipeline during the operation of the air conditioner and recording it as a first vibration displacement; obtaining the vibration displacement of the pipeline again after time has elapsed and recording it as a second vibration displacement; and selectively adjusting operating parameters of the compressor according to the first vibration displacement and the second vibration displacement. The vibration condition of the outdoor unit is determined through the real-time vibration condition and the vibration change condition of the pipeline so the air conditioner can selectively change the operating parameters of the compressor according to the vibration condition. Thus the vibration condition of the compressor is changed to avoid pipeline damage.

摘要: An expansion valve control method for a multi-split air-conditioning system to solve the problem of detecting leakage of an expansion valve of a multi-split air-conditioning system. The system includes an outdoor unit and a plurality of indoor units connected to the outdoor unit, each of the indoor units is connected to the outdoor unit by a first pipeline and a second pipeline. The expansion valve control method includes acquiring an indoor temperature of an environment where an indoor unit is located; acquiring the temperature of a first pipeline of the indoor unit and the temperature of a second pipeline of the indoor unit when the indoor unit is in a shutdown state; and according to at least the indoor temperature of the environment where the indoor unit is located, determining the leakage condition of an expansion valve of the indoor unit.

摘要: A method for controlling the balanced frosting of outdoor units in a multi-split air-conditioning system solving the problem in existing multi-split air-conditioning systems of resource waste caused by a low utilization efficiency of the heating capability of outdoor units as a result of some of the outdoor units entering a defrosting state when the heating capability is not fully utilized. According to the control method, by determining whether an outdoor unit set satisfies a frosting unbalance condition, the actual output capability of outdoor units of the outdoor unit set is selectively controlled on the basis of the frosting degrees of all the outdoor units. Thus, the difference between the frosting degrees of different outdoor units in the outdoor unit set at the same time can be reduced, such that the heating capability of all the outdoor units can be fully utilized when the outdoor unit set enters a defrosting state.

摘要: A defrosting control method for a multi-split system is provided. A multi-split system comprises an outdoor unit and multiple indoor units. An expansion valve is provided on a connecting pipeline between each of the indoor units and the outdoor unit. When the expansion valve of each activated indoor unit is closed and the degree of opening of the expansion valve of each off-state indoor unit is less than or equal to a maximum set degree of opening, the system satisfies a defrosting requirement, and as a result the method controls the expansion valve of each activated indoor unit to remain closed, thereby resolving the issue of a dramatic temperature drop in a room having an activated indoor unit during defrosting and improving user satisfaction. The degree of opening of the expansion valve of a off-state indoor unit is Off_PLS, and is controlled such that Off_PLS=ALL_HP*Avg_PLS/Off_HP. The invention satisfies a defrosting requirement and reduces the degree of opening of the expansion valves as much as possible, thereby preventing damage to a compressor without affecting defrosting.
