    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A transmitting wireless device may identify different sets of bits that are included in information bits of a signal to be transmitted. For example, a first set of bits may be used as an index for a second set of bits, and the second set of bits may include multiple groups of bits, where each group may have a same size (e.g., a same quantity of bits). Based on the groups of bits having the same size, the transmitting wireless device may obtain candidate partial transmit sequences (PTSs) based on applying phase rotations to respective inverse Fast Fourier Transform (IFFT) outputs associated with each group of bits. The transmitting wireless device may select a PTS from the candidate PTSs and may transmit the signal including the information bits to a receiving wireless device using the selected PTS.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to configuring the structures of synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) and SSB burst sets in scenarios where two or more different types of SSB burst sets may be utilized in a wireless communication system (e.g., SSB burst sets including SSBs having different subcarrier spacing (SCS)). The SSB burst sets may be configured to include different components in an SSB (e.g., one or more of primary and second synchronization signals and a physical broadcast channel), include resource allocation information, include a physical-layer cell identity (PCID) configuration for a first SSB burst set that may be used to determine a PCID for a second SSB burst set, and enable quasi co-locating SSBs in a first SSB burst set with a second SSB burst set.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication from a base station that a downlink shared channel resource in a scheduled occasion, such as a semi-persistently scheduled occasion, includes downlink control information (DCI). The UE may monitor the downlink shared channel resource for the DCI based on the indication. The UE may determine a set of uplink control channel resources based on one or more parameters of the DCI and the downlink shared channel resource. The parameters of the DCI on the semi-persistently scheduled downlink shared channel may implicitly indicate the set of uplink control channel resources to the UE. The UE may transmit an uplink control message to the base station using the set of uplink control channel resources.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support determination of a UE beam for Msg3 transmission.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing a bandwidth of a user equipment (UE). The UE has a narrower bandwidth part (NBWP) that follows a NBWP hopping pattern and allows the UE to hop frequency over time within a larger bandwidth. The UE receives a configuration of one or more NBWP hopping patterns for one or more configured NBWPs, each configured NBWP having a bandwidth less than or equal to a maximum configurable bandwidth of a bandwidth part. The UE determines an active NBWP hopping pattern for an active NBWP of the one or more configured NBWPs. The UE communicates on frequency domain resources for a frequency domain hop indicated by the active NBWP hopping pattern applied to the active NBWP. The UE may receive an indication of whether to switch the active NBWP hopping pattern.
