Various embodiments discussed herein can employ polar coding and/or decoding at UE(s) (User Equipment(s)) and/or gNB(s) (next generation Node B(s)). One example embodiment employable at a UE can comprise processing circuitry configured to determine one or more thresholds for code block segmentation, wherein the one or more thresholds for code block segmentation comprise one or more of a payload threshold (Kseg) or a code rate threshold (Rseg); determine to perform code block segmentation based on the one or more thresholds and at least one of a current payload (K) of an information block or a current code rate (R) for the information block; segment the information block into a plurality of segments; and encode each segment of the plurality of segments via a polar encoder with a code size (N).

摘要： An error correction encoder (10) includes an interleaver circuit (31), encoding circuits (321, 322) and a deinterleaver circuit (33). The interleaver circuit (31) generates, in a standard speed mode, a single series of yet-to-be-coded bit sequences (IL1) on the basis of the bits in plural columns that are arranged at an interval of C columns in a single series of transmission frames, and generates, in a two-times speed mode, two series of yet-to-be-coded bit sequences (IL1, IL2) on the basis of the bits in plural columns that are arranged at an interval of C/2 columns in each of two series of transmission frames. The encoding circuits (321, 322) apply error-correction coding to either the single series of yet-to-be-coded bit sequences (IL1) or the two series of yet-to-be-coded bit sequences (IL1, IL2).

摘要： A DTV transmitting system includes an encoder, a randomizer, a block processor, a group formatter, a deinterleaver, and a packet formatter. The encoder codes enhanced data for error correction, permutes the coded data, and further codes the permuted data for error detection. The randomizer randomizes the coded enhanced data, and the block processor codes the randomized data at an effective coding rate of 1/H. The group formatter forms a group of enhanced data having data regions, and inserts the coded enhanced data into at least one of the data regions. The deinterleaver deinterleaves the group of enhanced data, and the packet formatter formats the deinterleaved data into corresponding data bytes.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a terminal device and a method performed in the terminal device for communicating with a radio base station (RBS) or a Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal device. The method comprises forming a radio subframe by including coded bits in the radio subframe. The coded bits contain a sequence of systematic bits and a sequence of redundancy bits, and only redundancy bits are included in a head and a tail of the first and/or the last Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols of the radio subframe. The method further comprises transmitting the radio subframe to the radio base station RBS or the Device-to-Device (D2D) terminal device. The present disclosure also provides a communication device communicating with the proposed terminal device and a method performed in the communication device.
