    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE), that is configured for demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling, may receive a control message that schedules first and second sets of repetitions of an uplink transmission. The UE may determine a phase coherency configuration to be applied for DMRS transmissions corresponding to each set of repetitions. The phase coherency configuration may be determined based on a phase coherency capability of the UE, and the phase coherency configuration may specify that phase coherency is to be maintained for one or more of the first set of repetitions separate from one or more of the second set of repetitions. The UE may transmit the first set of repetitions with a first set of demodulation reference signals and the second set of repetitions with a second set of demodulation reference signals in accordance with the phase coherency configuration.

In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes transmitting, by a wireless communication device, a channel state information (CSI) report using a first beam; monitoring, by the wireless communication device, for an implicit beam switch indication during a time window, the implicit beam switch indication corresponding to acceptance of Transmission Configuration Indicator (TCI) information indicated by the CSI report; and switching, by the wireless communication device, to a second beam from the first beam based on the implicit beam switch indication, the second beam different from the first beam. A network entity may transmit, to a first user equipment (UE), control signaling scheduling a first set of resources for a first transmission.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may use a downlink control information (DCI) message to indicate timing resources to a user equipment (UE) for multiple downlink data repetitions in a slot. In a first implementation, the base station may indicate an explicit time domain resource allocation (TDRA) for one repetition in the TDRA field of the DCI, and the UE may determine implicit TDRAs for the other repetitions based on the explicit TDRA. In a second implementation, the base station may indicate a total TDRA for the full set of repetitions in the TDRA field, and the UE may divide the total TDRA into individual TDRAs for the repetitions. The UE may receive the downlink data repetitions based on determining the TDRAs and may transmit a feedback message in response based on a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) codebook.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a capability of the UE to support interleaving physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) messages. The base station may schedule two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations based on the reported capability of the UE, and the UE may transmit interleaved PUSCH messages scheduled by the base station. In some cases, demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling may be enabled for PUSCH transmissions. A UE may be incapable of both performing DMRS bundling for PUSCH transmissions and transmitting interleaved PUSCH transmissions. In some case, a UE may disable DMRS bundling, drop a scheduled PUSCH transmission, transmit PUSCH messages sequentially (e.g., not interleaved), and/or indicate an error to the base station if the UE receives uplink grants scheduling two or more PUSCH transmissions having temporally overlapping durations.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A network entity may transmit control signaling to a user equipment (UE) to schedule a downlink message and a set of uplink signals for conveying feedback in response to the downlink message. The downlink message may include a first portion with information for the UE and a second portion with information for the UE and at least one other UE based on a rate splitting procedure. The UE may transmit uplink signaling that indicates one or more UE capabilities, communication parameters, or both. The network entity may determine a time period between a final symbol of the downlink message and a first symbol of the set of uplink symbols, one or more parameters to apply for transmission of the downlink message, or a data rate for the downlink message based on the UE capabilities and parameters reported by the UE.
