    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may measure a frequency selectivity of a channel between the UE and a base station and may transmit signaling to the base station indicating one or both of a frequency selectivity metric or a recommended demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port multiplexing pattern based on measuring the frequency selectivity. In some aspects, the UE may transmit the signaling to assist the base station in configuring a DMRS port multiplexing pattern based on current channel conditions. For example, if the frequency selectivity metric satisfies a threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing pattern absent of code division multiplexing (CDM). Alternatively, if the frequency selectivity metric fails to satisfy the threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing patter including CDM.

    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to repetitions of uplink transmissions. In an example, a network entity may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an indication of repetitive scheduling of a downlink control channel, wherein the indication triggers a correspondence between the repetitive scheduling of the downlink control channel and one or more repetition factors for an uplink control channel, each of the one or more repetition factors corresponding to a repetition count for uplink control messages on the uplink control channel; and receive, from the UE on the uplink control channel, repetitions of an uplink control message according to a first repetition factor of the one or more repetition factors for the uplink control channel.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for invalidating a measurement report are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating of a set of parameters associated with transmission of a measurement report and may receive one or more reference signals. The UE may transmit, in accordance with the set of parameters, the measurement report indicating a set of measurements associated with the one or more reference signals received by the UE. Additionally, the UE may transmit an invalidation message indicating that at least a portion of the measurement report is invalid based on a subsequent measurement associated with the one or more reference signals differing by a threshold amount from a corresponding measurement of the set of measurements.

    Abstract: A victim user equipment (UE) may experience cross-link interference (CLI) from transmissions from an aggressor UE. The present disclosure provides for configuration of a CLI report that accurately characterizes the CLI experienced by the victim UE for different beams. A base station may transmit to the victim UE, a configuration for CLI reporting associated with a plurality of measurement resources, the configuration identifying a quasi-co-location (QCL) information associated with each measurement resource. The victim UE may measure interference metrics on the plurality of measurement resources based on the configuration for CLI reporting and the QCL information associated with each measurement resource. The victim UE may transmit a CLI report to the base station, the CLI report including a subset of the interference metrics associated with reported measurement resources and identifying the QCL information associated with the reported measurement resources.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may establish, with a network entity, a wireless connection that uses a set of symbols per transmission time interval (TTI) for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) communications, where each symbol of the set of symbols may correspond to a fast Fourier transform (FFT) window and may include a guard interval (GI) portion and a data portion within the FFT window. In some examples, the UE may receive a control message indicating at least one parameter associated with a power offset between a data signal of the set of symbols and a reference signal of the set of symbols that is associated with the data signal. As such, the UE may communicate with the network entity, the data signal, and the reference signal according to the indicated power offset using the set of symbols.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for supporting a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource indicator (PRI). In some aspects, a PUCCH repetition factor is dynamically indicated that is applicable to multiple PUCCHs or multiple PUCCH types. For example, an apparatus receives downlink control information (DCI) that schedules a first PDSCH and includes a PRI indicating a repetition factor of a first PUCCH associated with the first PDSCH and at least one additional PUCCH. In some other aspects, the PRI includes a repetition indicator associated with a repetition factor, such as a PUCCH repetition factor. In one aspect, a repetition indicator associated with a repetition factor is included in DCI and the repetition indicator is associated with multiple PUCCH types.
