摘要： An image forming apparatus includes an administrative device that stores and administrates authorization information in connection with an image formation job. The authorization information is used to determine if an operator is permitted to apply a prescribed operation to a reserved job. An authorization device requests an operator to input identification information while temporarily stopping execution of a previously reserved job. The authorization device performs authorization based upon the identification information when application of the prescribed operation is requested, and forwards the authorization. A control device validates the prescribed operation when the authorization device forwards the authorization.

A printing unit prints the image obtained by the image obtaining unit under the print condition obtained by the identification obtaining unit.
