Abstract: Provided is a sound source signal filtering method and apparatus. The sound source signal filtering method includes: generating two or more microphone output signals by combining sound source signals input through a plurality of microphones; calculating distances between the microphones and a sound source from which the sound source signals are emitted by using distance relationships according to frequencies of the sound source signals extracted from the generated microphone output signals; and filtering the sound source signals to obtain one or more sound source signals corresponding to a predetermined distance by using the calculated distances. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain only sound source signals emitted from a sound source at a particular distance from the microphone array among a plurality of sound source signals input through the microphone array.

Abstract: A method of displaying an image by using a plurality of display apparatuses and a display apparatus using the same are provided. The method includes controlling a first image to be divided into a plurality of first sub-images which correspond to a number of a plurality of display apparatuses and displaying the plurality of first sub-images, receiving a signal to change a first sub-image of the first image displayed on a first display apparatus to a second image, and in response to receiving the signal, controlling the second image to be displayed on the first display apparatus and controlling the first image to be re-divided into a plurality of second sub-images corresponding to a number of a group of plurality of display apparatuses among the plurality of display apparatuses and displaying the plurality of second sub-images on the group of the plurality of display apparatuses.

Abstract: A display apparatus, control method, and system are provided. The display apparatus includes a display; one or more loudspeakers; a signal processor configured to process an image signal so that an image may be displayed on the display and sound may be output from the loudspeaker; a communication interface configured to communicate with one or more external display apparatuses; and a controller configured to transmit sound processed by the signal processor to the one or more loudspeakers in accordance with a preset output designation state, determine a divided and displayed state of an image with respect to the display apparatus and the one or more external display apparatuses, and adjust the output designation state of the sound with respect to the one or more loudspeakers based on the determination.
