    Abstract: A dryer according to the disclosure may detect current flowing through a motor for rotating a drum, detect humidity of a drying material accommodated in the drum, compare the detected humidity to a plurality of pieces of reference humidity and compare the detected current to a plurality of pieces of reference current to obtain a drying load, control a revolutions per minute (rpm) of the motor, a frequency of a compressor provided in a heat pump, and a degree of superheat of an evaporator provided in the heat pump based on the drying load, perform a drying process, detect humidity of the drying material while the drying process is performed, and finish the drying process in response to the detected humidity determined to be target humidity.

    Abstract: An air cleaner including a first housing including a first suction port and a first discharge port; a first fan inside the first housing; a coupling duct on an upper portion of the first housing; a second housing including a second suction port and a second discharge port; a second fan inside the second housing; and a coupling base on a lower portion of the second housing and including a guide surface sloping outwardly in an upward direction, wherein the coupling base is separably couplable to the coupling duct. When the coupling base and coupling duct are coupled, a portion of air discharged through the first discharge port is guided by the guide surface and discharged outside of the second housing, and when the coupling base and coupling duct are separated, air is guided by the guide surface into the second housing.

    Abstract: A clothes care apparatus includes a chamber, a first damper, a second damper, a heat exchanger, at least one blower fan, a sensor portion, and a controller. The first damper is configured to control an airflow from inside the chamber to outside the chamber. The second damper is configured to control the airflow into the chamber from the outside. The heat exchanger is provided with a compressor and configured to exchange heat with air in the chamber. The at least one blower fan is configured to generate the airflow The sensor portion is configured to obtain a temperature and humidity inside and outside of the chamber. The controller is configured to start a drying cycle, control the first and second damper to be opened or closed, and control the heat exchanger and the at least one blower fan by comparing the internal humidity with the external humidity.
