    Abstract: A data processing system (1) including a data holder (8) that holds analysis data including mass spectrometry data acquired by a mass spectrometer (100) in an analysis of a sample using a chromatograph mass spectrometer and measurement data acquired by a detector, that is not mass spectrometer, in the analysis of the sample, a data processor (10) configured to perform data processing by using the analysis data held in the data holder (8), and an information displayer (12) configured to display data processed by the data processor (10). The data processor (10) is configured to create a chromatogram based on the measurement data, and identify a peak portion in which peaks of a plurality of components overlap to form one peak shape among peak portions on the chromatogram as a coelution peak by using a correspondence relationship between the chromatogram and the mass spectrometry data, and when displaying the chromatogram, the information displayer (12) is configured to display a peak portion identified as the coelution peak by the data processor (10) in a mode different from that of another peak portion.

    Abstract: A data processor (10) that performs data processing on a plurality of the chromatograms stored in the data storage part (8) is provided. The data processor (10) is capable of executing automatic identification for automatically performing identification processing. In the identification processing, one chromatogram among the plurality of the chromatograms is set as a reference chromatogram, a plurality of component peaks on the reference chromatogram is set as reference peaks, and it is identified which component peaks among component peaks on other chromatograms than the reference chromatogram among the plurality of the chromatograms corresponds to each of the plurality of the reference peaks. In the automatic identification, the data processor (10) is configured to identify component peaks corresponding to each of the reference peaks by executing filtering using a reference parameter for peak parameters of each of component peaks on the other chromatograms.

    Abstract: In processing chromatographic data, collected by performing a measurement for each of the segments which respectively define time ranges, a system determines whether there is any boundary sandwiched between two temporally continuous segments whose measurement modes are the same and which has the same m/z value designated by an operator to be displayed. If such a boundary exists, the measurement mode common to the two neighboring segments across that boundary is identified, and the system determines whether the parameter values corresponding to that measurement mode are the same. If they are the same, the partial chromatograms corresponding to the two segments show a temporal change in the intensity of the same kind of ion. Accordingly, the two neighboring measurement points across the boundary are connected by interpolation to create a chromatogram with no missing portion.
