摘要: A correspondence relationship between an inspection item and an operator code assigned to each operator of an analysis unit is acquired by a correspondence relationship acquirer. Operation commands assigned to operators to be operated for execution of an inspection of the analysis unit are sequentially transmitted to the analysis unit based on the inspection item and the correspondence relationship. A request command requesting transmission of screen information representing a screen to be displayed in the display panel of the analysis unit is transmitted to the analysis unit. The screen information that has been transmitted by the analysis unit in response to the request command is acquired by a screen information acquirer. The analysis unit behaves based on the operation command assigned to the operated operator and a screen responding to the behavior of the analysis unit is displayed in the display panel of the analysis unit.

摘要: A range of pH of a mobile phase that is usable for an analysis with use of each column is registered by a pH range registrar in association with identification information of each column. A pH of each mobile phase is registered by a pH registrar. A column to be used for an analysis is selected by a column selector. A chromatograph is controlled by an analysis controller such that a mobile phase having a registered pH that is out of a range of pH that is registered in association with a selected column is not supplied to the selected column. The chromatograph is controlled by the analysis controller such that an analysis is performed while a mobile phase having a registered pH that is in a range of pH that is registered in association with a selected column is supplied to the selected column.

摘要: In a chromatograph, a mobile phase is supplied to any of a plurality of columns by a mobile phase supplier, and a sample is supplied to the column by a sample supplier. The sample that has passed through the column is detected by a detector. In a chromatographic control device, a flow rate of the mobile phase for the analysis with use of the column is registered by a flow rate registrar in association with column specifying information for specifying each column. The flow rate of the mobile phase registered in association with a selected column is acquired from registered content of the flow rate registrar. The chromatograph is controlled such that the analysis is performed by an analysis controller while the mobile phase is supplied to the selected column with use of the selected column and the flow rate of the mobile phase acquired by a flow rate acquirer.

摘要: An analysis assistance device includes a chromatogram generator that generates a chromatogram using measurement data obtained from an analysis device, an area calculator that calculates an area percentage of each peak included in the chromatogram, a determiner that determines a separation state of each peak included in the chromatogram, and an analysis assistance information outputter that outputs analysis assistance information to a display. The analysis assistance information outputter includes a chromatogram outputter that outputs the chromatogram generated by the chromatogram generator to the display and also outputs information to display one peak in an identified manner when the one peak has an area percentage of not less than a predetermined threshold value, and the determiner determines that the one peak is an unseparated peak.

摘要: Analysis control software is installed in an analysis control device. The analysis control software is the software for controlling an analysis device, and has a function of causing a display to display one or a plurality of operation images for receiving an operation for inspecting the analysis control software. In a validation device, operation commands for performing an operation on one or a plurality of operation images are sequentially generated by an inspection executor with the one or plurality of operation images displayed in the display, whereby an inspection is executed by the analysis control software.

摘要: An organic solvent containing liquid that does not include a component to be detected by a detector is used as a first solvent, and an organic solvent containing liquid that includes the component to be detected and is adjusted to have a concentration of an organic solvent that prevents a separation column from actually holding the component to be detected is used a second solvent. Further, a mobile phase is sent while a setting value of a concentration of the second solvent in the mobile phase is changed over time with the separation column provided on an analysis flow path, and an actual concentration of the second solvent in the mobile phase is found based on a detection signal of the detector when the mobile phase is sent at each setting value.
