    Abstract: A photovoltaic system and a method for locating devices in a photovoltaic string. A communication host in the photovoltaic system acquires accumulated operation durations of MLPE apparatuses of the photovoltaic string, ranks the accumulated operation durations to obtain a ranking result, and determines a physical location of each device in the photovoltaic string according to the ranking result and a sequence of installing positions of the devices, where the devices are installed at the installing positions based on the sequence. It is not necessary to paste label codes on the MLPE apparatuses, or record serial numbers of the MLPE apparatuses by installation personnel. Operation processes are simplified, operation time is saved, and labor costs are reduced.

    Abstract: A photovoltaic inverter, a photovoltaic system, and a method for controlling discharging are provided. The photovoltaic inverter includes a first DCDC converter, an inverter circuit, a first discharging circuit, and a controller. A port capacitor is connected between a positive input end and a negative input end of the first DCDC converter. The port capacitor includes an X capacitor and a first group of Y capacitors. The first discharging circuit is connected between a common terminal of the first group of Y capacitors and a direct current bus, where the common terminal of the first group of Y capacitors is grounded. The controller is configured to control, when receiving a rapid shutdown instruction, the first discharging circuit to operate. The first discharging circuit is configured to discharge electrical energy of the port capacitor.

    Abstract: A medium and high voltage energy conversion system is provided. An input terminal of each of high-voltage isolated DC/DC converters in a phase circuit of the system is connected to a common DC bus. Each of the high-voltage isolated DC/DC converters converts, based on an open-loop control strategy or a closed-loop control strategy, a DC input voltage of a cascade module connected to the high-voltage isolated DC/DC converter into an instruction value related to a voltage of the common DC bus. A system controller of the system calculates, based on at least a voltage-current double loop control strategy, a three-phase modulation instruction to be sent to the cascade modules in three phases according to a parameter related to the voltage of the common DC bus, to implement grid-connected control on three phase circuits.

    Abstract: A method for controlling an alternating current cascade photovoltaic power generation system is provided, which includes: acquiring, by a master controller, a current total output power of the system; determining, by the master controller, whether the total power value is greater than a preset power value; generating, by the master controller, a first control signal if the total power value is greater than the preset power value; generating, by the master controller, a second control signal if the total power value is smaller than or equal to the preset power value; receiving, by the slave controller, the first or second control signal generated by the master controller; and controlling, by the slave controller based on the first control signal, a cascade unit to independently perform an MPPT operation, or controlling, by the slave controller based on the second control signal, the cascade unit to output power.

    Abstract: A photovoltaic system, a method for locating devices in a photovoltaic string, a MLPE apparatus, and a method for ranking MLPE apparatuses. Each MLPE apparatus sends, actively according to a predetermine rule, an initial message to the other MLPE apparatuses. The initial message includes a serial number corresponding to said MLPE apparatus and an accumulated operation duration of said MLPE apparatus. The MLPE apparatuses determine the rank of the accumulated operation duration of each MLPE apparatus according to the initial messages sent from all MLPE apparatuses. After each MLPE apparatus communicates with a communication host, the MLPE apparatuses reports the rank of the accumulated operation duration of each MLPE apparatus to the communication host. Thereby, the communication host may determine a physical location of each device in the photovoltaic string according to the ranks of the accumulated operation durations and a sequence of installing positions of the devices in the photovoltaic string.

    Abstract: A communication host and a photovoltaic power generation system are provided. The communication host includes an acquiring module, a determining module and a control module. The acquiring module is configured to acquire an operating state parameter of the system. The determining module is configured to determine whether the optimizer meets a first preset triggering condition based on the operating state parameter. In a case where the optimizer meets the first preset triggering condition, a first triggering instruction is transmitted, to instruct the system to decrease, in response to the first triggering instruction, the direct current bus voltage of the grid-connected inverter, and/or a second triggering instruction is transmitted, to instruct the system to increase, in response to the second triggering instruction, an output voltage limiting value of at least one of the optimizers meeting the first preset triggering condition.
