Abstract: A display device including a touch sensing unit including a first touch conductive layer, a first touch insulating layer disposed on the first touch conductive layer, and a second touch conductive layer disposed on the first touch insulating layer. The touch sensor area includes a first touch sensor area located at a center of the touch sensor area, and a second touch sensor area located between the first touch sensor area and the curved portion. The first touch conductive layer includes a touch connection electrode connecting adjacent first touch electrodes, and a plurality of capacitance (cap) compensation patterns arranged in the second touch sensor area. The plurality of cap compensation patterns includes a first cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent first touch electrode and a second cap compensation pattern electrically connected to the adjacent second touch electrode.

Abstract: A touch sensor may include a base layer, a sensing electrode set, a first insulating layer, a first conductive member, and a second insulating layer. The sensing electrode set may be disposed on the base layer, may include a first first-type sensing electrode, and may include a first second-type sensing electrode. The first insulating layer may be disposed on the sensing electrode set, may include a contact hole, and may include a first opening. The first conductive member may be disposed on the first insulating layer and may be directly connected to the first second-type sensing electrode through the contact hole. The second insulating layer may be disposed on the first insulating layer, may cover the first conductive member, and may include a second opening. Each of the first opening and the second opening may partially expose the first first-type sensing electrode or the first second-type sensing electrode.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of manufacturing an OLED display are disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming a data electrode layer and patterning the data electrode layer so as to form a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a pad electrode. The method can also include forming a first organic insulating layer over the source, drain and pad electrodes and forming a via hole corresponding to the source electrode or the drain electrode in the first organic insulating layer via a one tone mask. The method can further include forming an OLED including an anode electrically connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode, an organic emission layer, and a cathode, and etching a first portion of the first organic insulating layer formed over the pad electrode and a second portion of the organic emission layer formed over the pad electrode.

Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; sub-pixels on the substrate; data lines connected to the sub-pixels; a display driving circuit supplying data voltages to the data lines; and fan-out lines on the substrate and connecting the data lines and the display driving circuit. Each of the sub-pixels includes a first transistor including a first active layer on the substrate and including a silicon semiconductor and a first gate electrode on the first active layer, and a second transistor including a second active layer on the substrate and including an oxide semiconductor and a second gate electrode on the second active layer. The fan-out lines include first fan-out lines and second fan-out lines alternately arranged each other in one direction. The first fan-out lines are arranged on the same layer as the first gate electrode, and the second fan-out lines are arranged on the same layer as the second gate electrode.
