    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a display area configured to display images and a non-display area around the display area; a plurality of driving voltage lines in the display area; a plurality of initialization voltage lines in the display area; a plurality of driving voltage transmission lines in the non-display area and configured to transmit a driving voltage to the driving voltage line, and including a first driving voltage transmission line and a second driving voltage transmission line adjacent to each other; an initialization voltage transmission line in the non-display area and configured to transmit an initialization voltage to the initialization voltage line; and a bridge connecting the first driving voltage transmission line and the second driving voltage transmission line and overlapping the initialization voltage transmission line.

    Abstract: A touch sensor for a display device includes: a base layer; a plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes spaced apart from each other on the base layer; a first connector electrically connecting the first sensing electrodes adjacent to each other; a first insulating layer disposed on the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes; a conductor disposed on the first insulating layer and connected to the second sensing electrodes through the first insulating layer; and a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer to cover the conductor. The first insulating layer includes a first opening exposing at least one of a portion of a first separation area between the first connector and the second sensing electrodes, a portion of the first connector, and a portion of the second sensing electrodes, and the first opening is spaced apart from the conductor.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a base substrate having a display region and a hole region included in the display region; a touch sensor including a light blocking member disposed on the display panel, a first sensing insulating layer covering the light blocking member, a sensing electrode layer disposed on the first sensing insulating layer, and a second sensing insulating layer covering the sensing electrode layer; a polarizing layer disposed on the touch sensor; and a cover window disposed on the polarizing layer.     Abstract: A touch member includes a first touch electrode including a plurality of first sub-detection electrode patterns. The touch member includes a second touch electrode including a plurality of second sub-detection electrode. An electrode pattern connecting portion electrically connects adjacent second sub-detection electrode patterns. An island electrode pattern is disposed in the second touch electrode. A bridge pattern electrically connects a first sub-detection electrode of the first sub-detection electrode patterns to the island electrode pattern. The bridge pattern is formed of a first conductive layer. The first sub-detection electrode patterns, the electrode pattern connecting portion, the second sub-detection electrode patterns, and the island electrode pattern are formed of a second conductive layer. An insulating pattern is disposed between the bridge pattern and a part of the second conductive layer overlapping with the bridge pattern. The insulating pattern does not overlap a part of the bridge pattern.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of manufacturing an OLED display are disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming a data electrode layer and patterning the data electrode layer so as to form a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a pad electrode. The method can also include forming a first organic insulating layer over the source, drain and pad electrodes and forming a via hole corresponding to the source electrode or the drain electrode in the first organic insulating layer via a one tone mask. The method can further include forming an OLED including an anode electrically connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode, an organic emission layer, and a cathode, and etching a first portion of the first organic insulating layer formed over the pad electrode and a second portion of the organic emission layer formed over the pad electrode.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a thin-film transistor disposed on the substrate, a via insulating layer disposed above the thin-film transistor, a first electrode disposed on the via insulating layer and electrically connected to the thin-film transistor, a pixel-defining layer disposed on the via insulating layer and on the first electrode and that includes an opening that partially exposes an upper surface of the first electrode; and a first swelling prevention layer disposed on one end of the upper surface of the first electrode and interposed between the first electrode and the pixel-defining layer. The pixel-defining layer comprises a first region that overlaps the first swelling prevention layer and the first electrode, and a second region that overlaps the first electrode but not the first swelling prevention layer. The second region of the pixel-defining layer is in direct contact with the upper surface of the first electrode.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; a semiconductor layer; a gate electrode overlapping the semiconductor layer; a common voltage line disposed on a same layer as the gate electrode; a common voltage line anti-oxidation layer disposed on the common voltage line; an interlayer insulating layer; source and drain electrodes disposed on the interlayer insulating layer; and a common voltage applying electrode disposed on a same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode. The common voltage applying electrode is connected to the common voltage line through a first contact hole formed in the interlayer insulating layer, the common voltage line anti-oxidation layer includes an opening overlapping the common voltage line, the interlayer insulating layer is disposed in the opening, a width of the opening is smaller than a width of the common voltage line, and the first contact hole is disposed in the opening in a plan view.
