    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate including a first pixel area, a second pixel area having a smaller area than the first pixel area and connected to the first pixel area, and a peripheral area surrounding the first pixel area and the second pixel area; a first pixel provided in the first pixel area and a second pixel provided in the second pixel area; a first line connected to the first pixel and a second line connected to the second pixel; a dummy part disposed in the peripheral area, overlapping at least one of the first line and the second line and providing a parasitic capacitance that compensates for a difference in a load value between the first line and the second line; and a power supply line provided in the first and second pixel areas. The dummy part includes an insulating layer having at least one contact hole.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a first pixel region and a second pixel region having a smaller area than the first pixel region. The second pixel region is connected to the first pixel region. A first pixel is provided in the first pixel region and a second pixel is provided in the second pixel region.     Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a pixel area, and a plurality of data lines. The substrate includes display and non-display areas. The pixel area is in the display area and includes a first pixel column and a second pixel column. The pixels in the first and second columns emit light of different colors. The data lines are respectively coupled to the first pixel column and the second pixel column. In the non-display area, a data line is coupled to one of the first or second pixel columns corresponding to a color on which influence of a resistance is greater than on another color. The data lines has a line or contact structure with a resistance less than a resistance of a line or contact structure of a remaining data line coupled to a remaining pixel column.

    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a pixel area with at least a first rounded corner portion and first to third non-pixel areas arranged sequentially along an outer circumference of the pixel area. An internal circuit in the first non-pixel area has a first end portion adjacent to the first rounded corner portion of the pixel area. The first end portion of the internal circuit is rounded in accordance with the first rounded corner portion. A plurality of routing wires are in the third non-pixel area below the pixel area. The routing wires extending to the pixel area via the second non-pixel area and the first non-pixel area. The routing wires include at least a first routing wire connected to the pixel area passing an area of the first end portion of the internal circuit.

    Abstract: A display device has a substrate with a first pixel area and a second pixel area smaller than the first pixel area. First pixels in the first pixel area are connected with first scan lines. Second pixels in the second pixel area are connected with second scan lines. A first scan driver supplies a first scan signal to the first scan lines, and a second scan driver supplies a second scan signal to the second scan lines. A first signal line supplies a first driving signal to the first and second scan drivers. The first signal line includes first sub signal line to supply the first driving signal to the first scan driver, a second sub signal line to supply the first driving signal to the second scan driver, and a first load matching resistor connected between the first sub signal line and the second sub signal line.
