    Abstract: A deposition apparatus includes a chamber, a stage which is disposed within the chamber and on which a target substrate is seated, a deposition source disposed within the chamber and including a deposition material, a plurality of nozzles connected to the deposition source within the chamber to inject the deposition material in a direction of the stage, and an ionizer disposed between the nozzles and the stage to charge the deposition material injected from the nozzles. A first electric field is generated in each of the ionizer and the nozzles, and a second electric field having an intensity less than the first electric field is generated between the stage and the ionizer. Each of the nozzles includes a plurality of protrusion tips disposed on an inner surface of each of the nozzles to charge the deposition material.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display unit, an upper electrode layer, a lower electrode layer and an electrochromic layer. The display unit includes a plurality of light emitting diodes disposed in a light emitting area. The upper electrode layer is disposed on the display unit, and includes a plurality of first electrode patterns and a plurality of second electrode patterns. The first electrode patterns are arranged in a first direction, and are electrically connected each other. The second electrode patterns are arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction and are electrically connected each other. The lower electrode layer is disposed between the upper electrode layer and the display unit. The electrochromic layer is disposed between the upper electrode layer and the lower electrode layer, and includes an electrochromic pattern.

    Abstract: Provided are a display panel and an electronic apparatus including the same. The display panel has a transmittance area and an expanded display area to enable the representation of images in an area where an electronic component is located and, for example, to remove or decrease the distortion by diffracted light among the light received by the electronic component when the electronic component is an electronic component (e.g., a camera) using light. The display panel includes: a substrate; first pixel circuits and second pixel circuits on the substrate and spaced apart from one another with the transmittance area therebetween, and each including a thin film transistor and a storage capacitor; first and second display elements electrically respectively coupled to the first and second pixel circuits; and a first phase shift layer between the substrate and the first and second pixel circuits and having a first light transmittance.

    Abstract: A display device includes a driving controller which provides a first start signal and a second start signal corresponding to an operation mode to a scan driving circuit. The scan driving circuit includes a first scan driving circuit having first dummy driving stages and first driving stages which sequentially drive scan lines corresponding to a first display region among a plurality of scan lines in synchronization with the first start signal and a second scan driving circuit having second dummy driving stages and second driving stages which sequentially drive scan lines corresponding to a second display region among the plurality of scan lines in synchronization with the second start signal.     Abstract: A display device includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area, a first insulating layer on the substrate, a first dam in the peripheral area and separated from the first insulating layer, an electrode power supply line on the substrate between the first insulating layer and the first dam, a protection conductive layer on the first insulating layer, extending over the electrode power supply line, electrically connected to the electrode power supply line, and including an uneven structure on an upper surface thereof, a pixel electrode on the first insulating layer, an opposite electrode on the pixel electrode, and contacting the protection conductive layer by extending to the peripheral area, and an encapsulation layer on the opposite electrode, and having a lower surface that contacts the upper surface of the protection conductive layer in a region where the protection conductive layer overlaps the electrode power supply line.
