Abstract: A display device includes a substrate comprising emission and non-emission areas. A light-emitting element overlaps the emission area and is on the substrate. A thin-film encapsulation layer overlaps with the emission and non-emission areas and is on the light-emitting element. A touch sensor layer is on the thin-film encapsulation layer. The touch sensor layer comprises a first conductive layer on the thin-film encapsulation layer. A touch insulating layer is on the first conductive layer. A second conductive layer is on the touch insulating layer. The touch insulating layer overlaps with the non-emission area and comprises a first surface facing the thin-film encapsulation layer. A second surface is opposite to the first surface and has a width in a first direction greater than that of the first surface. An inclined surface connects the first and second surfaces. The second conductive layer covers the second surface and the inclined surface.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display includes a substrate, an overlap layer on the substrate, a semiconductor layer on the overlap layer, a first gate conductor on the semiconductor layer, a second gate conductor on the first gate conductor, a data conductor on the second gate conductor, a driving transistor on the overlap layer, and an organic light emitting diode connected with the driving transistor. The driving transistor includes, in the semiconductor layer, a first electrode, a second electrode, with a channel therebetween. A gate electrode of the first gate conductor overlaps the channel. The overlap layer overlaps the channel of the driving transistor and at least a portion of the first electrode. A storage line of the second gate conductor receives a driving voltage through a driving voltage line in the data conductor. The overlap layer receives a constant voltage.

Abstract: There is provided a display device. The display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate that faces the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. One of the first substrate and the second substrate includes a base substrate and a light blocking pattern disposed on a surface that faces the other surface of both surfaces of the base substrate, the light blocking pattern exposing a part of the base substrate. The light blocking pattern includes a semi-transmission reflective layer a disposed on the base substrate, a phase matching layer disposed on the semi-transmission reflective layer, and a reflective metal layer disposed on the phase matching layer. The phase matching layer and the reflective metal layer include materials having substantially the same etching rate.
