    Abstract: A driving controller of a display device includes a timer which counts an operation time and outputs a count signal, a memory which stores compensation data, a control signal generation part which receives the compensation data from the memory in response to the count signal and outputs a compensation data signal corresponding to the compensation data, and an image processor which converts an image signal into a data signal and outputs the data signal, where the data signal is obtained by combining the image signal and the compensation data signal. The compensation data includes first compensation data corresponding to a first operation time and second compensation data corresponding to a second operation time which is different from the first operation time.

A transmission portion is disposed on the substrate. A blue light blocking filter is disposed between the substrate and the color conversion portion. The blue light blocking filter includes a first convex portion that protrudes toward the substrate. The transmission portion includes a first region including a scatterer and a second region including a second convex portion that protrudes toward the substrate.

    Abstract: A display system includes a graphic processor and a display apparatus. The graphic processor supplies a first image signal and a first synchronization signal. The display apparatus is driven in a normal mode in which a first image is displayed, during a first period, based on the first image signal and the first synchronization signal provided from the graphic processor and in a panel self refresh (PSR) mode in which a second image is displayed based on a second image signal stored in a frame buffer of the display apparatus and a second synchronization signal generated in the display apparatus, and transmits the second synchronization signal of the PSR mode to the graphic processor when a driving mode of the display apparatus is changed from the PSR mode to the normal mode. The graphic processor is configured to generate the first synchronization signal synchronized with the second synchronization signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a display device which includes a display panel, a voltage generator, and a driving controller. The voltage generator generates a driving voltage and determines a voltage level of the driving voltage based on a voltage control signal. A current compensator calculates a load based on previous image data and outputs compensation image data with target luminance by compensating for current image data based on the load. The driving controller turns on the current compensator in a normal mode such that an image is displayed with the target luminance, and turns off the current compensator in a setting mode such that an image corresponding to the current image data is displayed with given reference luminance.

    Abstract: Stages of a gate driver may each receive a clock signal, an inverted clock signal, a previous carry signal and a subsequent carry signal, and may each include an output part, a node controlling part and a holding part. In a mode transition period, clock signal and the inverted clock signal may both be temporarily applied with on voltages. The holding parts of the stages receive the clock signal and the inverted clock signal each having the on voltage, and in response, discharge the control nodes, the gate output nodes and the carry output nodes, thereby preventing faulty operation.
