Abstract: A display device including: a substrate element including a base layer, a circuit layer, and a device layer, the base layer forming a plane defined by a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to each other; an encapsulation element provided on the substrate element to seal the device layer; a sealing element provided along edges of the encapsulation element to connect the encapsulation and substrate elements to each other; an optical element provided on the encapsulation element; a window element provided on the substrate element; an adhesive element provided between the optical and window elements to connect the optical element to the window element; and a filling element provided between the window element and the substrate element, wherein the filling element is spaced apart from the optical element and the adhesive element, and is overlapped with the sealing element when viewed in a direction normal to the plane.

Abstract: There is provided a display device including a first member, a window on the first member, a first adhesive layer between the first member and the window, and a light blocking layer between the window and the first adhesive layer, the window including a first window portion contacting the first adhesive layer and including a bending portion and a non-bending portion, and a second window portion connected to the bending portion, the second window portion being spaced from the non-bending portion and contacting the light blocking layer, wherein the first adhesive layer includes, a first adhesive portion including a first sub-adhesive portion contacting the bending portion, and a second sub-adhesive portion contacting the non-bending portion, and a second adhesive portion contacting the light blocking layer, and wherein the first sub-adhesive portion has a modulus less than a modulus of each of the second sub-adhesive portion and the second adhesive portion.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel; a window on a surface of the display panel; and an adhesive layer between the display panel and the window, wherein the adhesive layer includes, with respect to a total weight of the adhesive composition: a binder in an amount of about 65 percent by weight (wt %) to about 80 wt %; a reactive monomer in an amount of about 15 wt % to about 25 wt %; a photopolymerization initiator in an amount of about 1 wt % to about 10 wt %; a thermal polymerization initiator in an amount of about 0.5 wt % to about 1 wt %; and a curing accelerator in an amount of about 0.1 wt % to about 0.5 wt %, wherein the curing accelerator includes a metallic acrylate.

The adhesive layer may include an adhesive composition, the adhesive composition containing: a first polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) in a range of about 95° C. to about 120° C.; a second polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) in a range of about 60° C. to about 90° C.; a third polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) in a range of about −35° C. to about −25° C.; and a fourth polymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) in a range of about −60° C. to about −45° C.
