Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a timing controller, a data driver and a scale factor. The timing controller calculates a frame load value corresponding to an image frame of input image data and generates image data by scaling grayscale values of the input image data using a scale factor. The data driver generates a data signal corresponding to the image data and supplies the data signal to the pixels. The scale factor generating circuit sets a reference range based on a temperature of the display panel and a global current value that flows through the pixels, and generates the scale factor included within the reference range based on the frame load value and the global current value.

Abstract: A display device includes blocks each including two or more pixels commonly coupled to a first power line, and a first power voltage controller for determining a margin value of a first power voltage supplied to the first power line, based on load values of the blocks. The first power voltage controller determines the load values based on grayscale values of the pixels included in each of the blocks. The magnitude of the first power voltage is determined to become smaller as the margin value becomes larger. The margin value includes a first margin value. The first power voltage controller determines the first margin value according to a degree of distribution of load values of first blocks arranged in a first direction among the blocks.

Abstract: A clock data recovery circuit includes a phase-locked loop circuit generating a multi-phase clock signal based on input data, the phase-locked loop circuit including a multi-rate phase detector being operable at an initial rate among a plurality of rates in an initial period; a lock detector generating a lock-enable signal by detecting a lock state of the phase-locked loop circuit; a dead zone calibration circuit determining an operational rate corresponding to a data rate of the input data among the plurality of rates in response to the lock-enable signal; and a digital block controlling the multi-rate phase detector to operate at the operational rate, and generating a calibration-enable signal. The dead zone calibration circuit determines whether the multi-phase clock signal is locked within a dead zone in response to the calibration-enable signal, and changes a phase of the multi-phase clock signal based on the multi-phase clock signal.
