Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a metal plate disposed on a bottom surface of the display panel and configured to support the display panel, a filling member disposed on the bottom surface of the display panel, the filling member being disposed on the same level as the metal plate relative to the bottom surface of the display panel, and a material of the metal plate being different from a material of the filling member, a fingerprint sensor disposed on a bottom surface of the filling member, and a member-sensor bonding member disposed between the fingerprint sensor and the filling member to bond the fingerprint sensor to the filling member. A hardness of the filling member is greater than a hardness of the member-sensor bonding member.

Abstract: According to an exemplary embodiment, a blink device includes: a blink detector configured to detect a blink of a user from an image photographed by a camera; a period measurer configured to measure a time period between consecutive blinks of the user and determine whether the measured time period exceeds a reference time period; a real-time image capture unit configured to capture a real-time image of the user from the photographed image; and an image processor configured to perform the following if the measured time period exceeds the reference time period: generate from the real-time image a blink image for inducing the user to blink, delay the display of the blink image by a delay period from when the user's blink is detected, and display the blink image after the delaying.

The signal generator generates a data signal for each of a first color pixel and a second color pixel based on the image signal. The first color pixel and the second color pixel emit light of different grayscale values of a same color. Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, an illuminance sensor to measure illuminance, and a display controller which includes a processor a brightness controllers. The processor calculates an external illuminance value with reference to a signal from the illuminance sensor. The brightness controller turns off at least one of the pixels and controls the brightness of the display panel when the calculated external illuminance value is in a first region. The first region may be, for example, in a mesopic region.
