    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a data driver, a scan driver, and a light emitting driver. The display panel includes a first display area and a second display area. The display panel displays a first image on the first display area and the second display area in a first mode, and displays a second image on the first display area in a second mode. The light emitting driver activates emission control signals applied to the first display area and the second display area in the first mode. The light emitting driver activates emission control signals applied to the second display area during a first partial frame in the second mode, and maintains the emission control signals applied to the second display area in a deactivation state during a plurality of second partial frames in the second mode.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a power supply unit, a voltage adjustment signal provider, and a data adjustment signal provider. The display panel includes a first display area and a second display area. The power supply unit is configured to provide a first initialization voltage and a second initialization voltage to the display panel. The voltage adjustment signal provider is configured to provide an adjustment signal to the power supply unit for applying an adjustment voltage to the second initialization voltage when the second display area is driven at a frequency lower than at least one of a predetermined frequency and a driving frequency of the first area. The data adjustment signal provider is configured to provide a data adjustment signal for adjusting gray levels of some pixels included in the first display area when the adjustment voltage is applied to the second initialization voltage.
