A display device includes a bank including an opening exposing a surface of a base. The bank further includes side surfaces adjacent to an upper surface. The side surfaces slope downward from the upper surface toward an opening in an organic film pattern. A plurality of fine holes is formed on the upper surface and the side surfaces, the bank may also include a plurality of inner holes.

A display device includes a first display substrate and a second display substrate. The first display substrate includes a first base, a first electrode disposed on the first base, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, and a light emitting element disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second display substrate faces the first display substrate and is configured to receive light emitted from the light emitting element. The second display substrate includes a second base, a first color filter disposed on a surface of the second base, and a first wavelength conversion pattern disposed on the first color filter. The first wavelength conversion pattern includes a first surface facing the first display substrate, and a second surface facing the first surface and the first color filter. The first surface includes a curved surface portion recessed toward the second surface.

Exemplary embodiments relate to a display device, an optical mask, and a method for manufacturing a display device using the same. The display device including: a first substrate and a second substrate facing the first substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the first substrate; a first insulating layer disposed on the thin film transistor; and a light blocking member disposed on the first insulating layer. The light blocking member includes a spacer for maintaining a cell gap between the first substrate and the second substrate and a main light blocking portion having an upper surface that is lower than an upper surface of the spacer, and the light blocking member further includes a furrow at a border between the spacer and the main light blocking portion, the furrow having a surface lower than the upper surface of the main light blocking portion.
