The method includes: when a category-1 service occupies resources scheduled for a category-2 service, a terminal receives data of the category-2 service according to information about scheduling of category-1 service data. According to the present application, resources of category-2 services can be reused for receiving category-1 service data to satisfy requirements for low delay of the category-1 services and increase the utility efficiency of resources of the category-2 services.

The method includes detecting a synchronization signal block, performing downlink synchronization process according to the detected synchronization signal block, and determining time-frequency resources of an anchor subband; acquiring random access configuration information according to the time-frequency resources of the anchor subband, performing a random access process according to the random access configuration information, and completing uplink synchronization; and acquiring control information in a control channel band, and performing data communication with a base station in the data transmission band according to the control information.

The present disclosure discloses a method for responding to uplink scheduling request, user equipment and base station equipment. The method comprises: determining uplink scheduling request channel information; transmitting an uplink scheduling request signal generated according to the uplink scheduling request channel information to a base station, the uplink scheduling request signal containing UE identifier information; and receiving the uplink scheduling request response signal fed back by the base station, and acquiring an uplink transmission resource grant in the uplink scheduling request response signal by using the UE identifier information. Completing an uplink scheduling request by using the contention-based random access process is optimized, and the uplink scheduling request process may lead to simple flow and high communication efficiency.
