    Abstract: A system and method for capability signaling In some embodiments, the method includes sending, by a user equipment (UE), to a network, a first report, including a report of one or more capabilities selected from the group consisting of: reports of capabilities in support of multi-transmission and reception point (M-TRP) schemes, reports of capabilities in support of uRLLC service, and reports of capabilities in support of out of order (OoO) processing.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are provided for performing rate matching. A group common-physical downlink shared channel (GC-PDSCH) is received at a user equipment (UE) for communications in a common frequency resource (CFR). An information element that carries configurations for GC-PDSCH transmission in the CFR, is received at the UE. At least one parameter for determining a transport block size (TBS) for the GC-PDSCH transmission in the CFR is determined from at least one field of the information element. The TBS for the GC-PDSCH transmission in the CFR is determined based on the at least one parameter.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of network communication for addressing a misalignment of a CORESET resource allocation with a first RB set due to varying RB set size, the method including determining a CORESET configuration, a search space set configuration, and/or an RB set configuration, determining the search space set configuration includes multiple frequency domain monitoring occasions, identifying a CORESET resource in each of the frequency domain monitoring occasions, determining the CORESET resource is only partially confined within the first RB set, and adjusting a PDCCH-monitoring protocol to improve performance of the CORESET resource.
