    Abstract: A flexible portable terminal is provided. The flexible portable terminal includes a folding portion configured to bend at one end of a body of the flexible portable terminal in a direction to a front surface or a rear surface of the flexible portable terminal, a flexible display unit configured to be mounted on the body of the flexible portable terminal, and to bend in the front surface or the rear surface of the flexible portable terminal according to a bending direction of the folding portion, and a sliding portion configured to enable one end of the flexible display unit to slide according to a difference of a compression/tension caused by a difference of an elongation between the folding portion and the flexible display unit when the folding portion is bent.

    Abstract: An image sensor includes a substrate including pixel regions and having a first surface, a second surface opposite the first surface, and a first trench recessed from the first surface, a shallow device isolation pattern provided in the first trench, and a deep device isolation pattern between the pixel regions and provided in the substrate. The deep device isolation pattern includes a semiconductor pattern penetrating at least a portion of the substrate, and an isolation pattern provided between the substrate and the semiconductor pattern. The isolation pattern includes a first isolation pattern adjacent to the second surface, and a second isolation pattern adjacent to the first surface. A first interface at which the first isolation pattern contacts the second isolation pattern is spaced apart from the shallow device isolation pattern. The first isolation pattern includes a different material from that of the second isolation pattern.

    Abstract: A server and a controlling method thereof in which the server stores information on a data sharing agreement among a plurality of groups and metadata of information on a user included in the plurality of groups. Based on receiving a signal requesting a first type of data included in a second group from an external device of a first group, whether a data sharing agreement for the first type of data is present between the first group and the second group is determined based on the data sharing agreement. Based on identifying that the data sharing agreement for the first type of data is present, whether a user of the second group consents on data sharing of the first type of data is determined based on metadata of information on the user of the second group. If sharing is authorized information for accessing the first type of data of the second group is provided to the external device of the first group.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating an image sensor includes forming a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type, forming a pixel isolation trench in in the semiconductor substrate to define pixel regions, forming a liner insulating layer in the pixel isolation trench, doping the liner insulating layer with dopants of a first conductivity type, forming a semiconductor layer on the liner insulating layer to fill the pixel isolation trench after the doping of the dopants, and performing a thermal treatment process on the semiconductor substrate.
