摘要: A low VOC clear coat composition which comprises an epoxy compound, a melamine component and an aliphatic polyisocyanate having an average of 2 to 6 isocyanate functionalities, and optionally contains a catalyst (e.g., organotin catalysts, acid catalysts and combinations); a polyhydroxyl functional compound (e.g., polycarbonate polyol); or other additives (e.g., light absorbers and light stabilizers). Also disclosed is an article coated with the clear coat composition, a process of making the composition, and a process of applying the composition to, for example, an automobile body.

摘要: The present invention provides for a clear coating composition most suitable for use as a top clear coat in multi-layered OEM or refinish automotive coatings. The coating composition includes isocyanate and melamine components. The isocyanate component includes an aliphatic polyisocyanate. The composition may be formulated as a two-pack or one-pack coating composition, wherein the isocyanate functionalities are blocked with a blocker such as a mono-alcohol.

摘要: A first printed board transferred from a prior process on an inlet conveyer is placed on a moving unit at a first switching position. The moving unit moves to a second switching position while mounting the first printed board with electronic components from a component feeding section. During this process, a second printed board stands by at the second switching position via the inlet conveyer, a transit path and an intermediate conveyer. At the second switching position, the second printed board is placed on the moving unit while shunting out the first printed board onto an outlet conveyer for transfer to a subsequent process. The moving unit moves to the first switching position while mounting the second printed board with the electronic components from the component feeding section. At the first switching position, a third printed board standing by is placed on the moving unit while shunting out the second printed board onto the intermediate conveyer for transfer to the subsequent process via a transit path and the outlet conveyer. The foregoing processes are repeated to mount the electronic components onto the printed boards with high efficiency while the moving unit reciprocates between the first and second switching positions.
