摘要： In an orientation division type liquid crystal display device for widen a viewing angle of a display pixel of an active matrix type liquid crystal color display device having a COT structure, pixel color layers (6B, 6R, 6G) as color filters and pixel electrodes 3 are formed on a substrate on the side of the pixel electrodes and slopes 13 are provided along four side peripheries of each pixel electrode. Liquid crystal molecules 8 between each pixel electrode of the pixel electrode substrate and a common electrode of an opposing substrate are controlled in orientation direction along the slopes to divide it to a plurality of directions to thereby widen a viewing angle of a pixel display. The slope is formed on a step portion 12 formed by a BM layer formed on at least one of a gate electrode, a drain electrode and a source electrode formed in a periphery of the pixel electrode or at least one of a gate wiring and a drain wiring formed in the periphery or a step portion formed by partially overlapping peripheral portions of the adjacent pixel color layers.

Heat-sealable fibers contained in the absorbing/holding layer are heat-sealed with the nonwoven fabric layer over contacting surfaces of these absorbing/holding layer and the nonwoven fabric layer. Furthermore, the nonwoven fabric layer is partially engaged in the depressions of the absorbing/holding layer so that the heat-sealable synthetic fibers contained in the absorbing/holding layer are heat-sealed with the nonwoven fabric layer also over contacting surfaces of these two layers in the respective depressions.

摘要： A disposable pull-on diaper includes a liquid-pervious topsheet, a liquid-impervious backsheet and a liquid-absorbent core disposed therebetween. The diaper has a waist-hole and a pair of leg-holes. The diaper is provided on one of a front half or a rear half thereof with at least one elastically stretchable fastening member transversely extending across a longitudinal center line of the diaper, and a hook member which lies on the longitudinal center line to catch the fastening member. The fastening member has transversely opposite end portions secured to the diaper, and a transversely intermediate portion exposed on an outer surface of the backsheet. After use, the used diaper is rolled-up with an outer peripheral surface thereof surrounded by the intermediate portion, and the intermediate portion is caught by the hook to secure the used diaper in the rolled-up state.

The fastening tape strips are adapted to hold the diaper in its rolled up state for disposal after the diaper has been used. Each of the tape strips includes a first portion extending longitudinally of the diaper parallel to the associated one of transversely opposite side edges and a second portion branched from the first portion that extends longitudinally of the diaper. Longitudinally opposite end regions of the first portion are bonded to edges of waist- and leg-openings. The second portion includes an anchoring zone adapted to be separably anchored on the outer peripheral surface of the rolled up diaper.
