An anode and a cathode are spaced by a pattern distance and they are located at the upper and lower portions of the light emitting part respectively. The organic light emitting diode uses a separate light emission area of the light emitting part for each of the initial and the final usage stages so that a tail drop of the luminance is is prevented and the lifespan of the diode is increased.

摘要： A polymer organic light-emitting device (OLED) is provided to improve efficiency and lifetime of the polymer OLED by preventing the recombination zone from shrinking. The OLED includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an emission layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The emission layer includes an emission material and a hole transport material. The emission layer can be built in a single layer or in multi-layers. In the multi-layer structure, one layer includes an emission material and a hole transport material, while the other layer includes an emission material. The polymer OLED presented in this invention exhibits superior properties regarding electron density, brightness, and color purity.

摘要： An organic electroluminescent device having an emission layer, which is constructed with a host, a phosphorescence emission molecule as a dopant, and a fluorescence supporter. The fluorescence supporter receives energy from the host or traps energy directly, and then transfers the energy to the dopant or self-emits light. An emission spectrum of the fluorescence supporter and an absorption spectrum of the phosphorescence emission molecule overlap partly or completely. The organic electroluminescent device has improved luminous efficiency and color purity characteristics in comparison with a conventional organic electroluminescent device having an emission layer, which is composed of a phosphorescent dopant and a host. This system is useful in the manufacture of, in particular, blue emission devices.

摘要： Various embodiments of the invention relate to a low-cost network system that can reduce the network cost by connecting a base station controller (BSC) with a base transceiver station (BTS) by the use of matching units that match an E1/T1 line to an IP line. In one embodiment, the system comprises a BSC matching unit (BSCMU) and a BTS matching unit (BTSMU). The BSCMU, connected to the BSC through a first dedicated line, converts a first dedicated-line data signal, received from the BSC, into a first IP signal to be transmitted through an IP line and converts a received second IP signal into a second dedicated-line data signal to be transmitted to the BSC. The BTSMU, connected to the BTS through a second dedicated line, converts the first IP signal into the first dedicated-line data signal to be transmitted to the BTS and converts the second dedicated-line data signal, received from the BTS, into the second IP signal.
