    摘要: A gate array is provided which includes a semiconductor substrate having a main surface. The main surface includes a cell region and a channel region adjacent to the cell region. A cell column including a plurality of basic cells arranged regularly is provided in the cell region. A first interconnecting line is provided in the channel region for connecting the basic cells. In accordance with the gate array, as the first interconnecting line is formed in the channel region in advance for connecting the basic cells, it is not necessary to form a first interconnecting line when manufacturing a semiconductor integrated circuit device. Accordingly, the time period for development of a semiconductor integrated circuit device can be reduced as compared with a case where conventional basic cells are used.

    摘要: An apparatus for making a color proof having an exposure portion for exposing an image of the original onto a photosensitive material and a processor portion for processing the exposed photosensitive material. The apparatus has a transfer portion for transferring the photosensitive material from the exposure portion to the processor portion, which has a first pair of rollers for feeding the photosensitive material disposed adjacent to the photosensitive material delivery side of the platen portion, a second pair of rollers disposed adjacent to the photosensitive material inlet side of the processor portion at the transfer portion and a guide member for guiding transferring of the photosensitive material from said first pair to said second pair. Also, a sensor is disposed downstream in the feeding direction of said second pair of rollers for sensing the presence of the photosensitive material and a control unit is provided for controlling driving of said first and second pairs of rollers so as to rotate them at equal speeds while controlling driving of the pair of rollers so as to reduce the rotating speed of the second pair of rollers when the presence of the photosensitive material is sensed by said sensor. When the tip end of the photosensitive material is sensed by the sensor, the rotating speed of the second pair of rollers is reduced so as to coincide with the processing speed of the processor portion with the result that transferring of the photosensitive material from the exposure portion to the processor portion is smoothly carried out.

An original loading portion having a loading opening provided for loading the original is disposed side by side at an exposure portion so that a carriage may be substantially horizontally moved between the exposure position of the exposure portion and the copy exchange position of corresponding to the loading opening. When the original is exchanged and recharged, the loading opening is open by a lid member and when the carriage is positioned to the copy exchange position, the original is placed. Since the exposure portion and the like are not disposed upwardly of the original loading portion, the exposure unit and the like are not mounted with the result that the lid member can be made compact and lightweight while exchange of the original can be eased. In addition, the carriage is not withdrawn into the working space allowed for the operators.
