    摘要: A highly corrosion-resistant, paint-adherent, and lubricating polymer-containing coating on a metal surface can be formed by contact with an aqueous solution (pH=2.0 to 6.5) that contains an acidic compound and polymer with the following formula (I): ##STR1## in which the X bonded to the phenyl ring in formula (I) represents a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 alkyl group, a C.sub.1 to C.sub.5 hydroxyalkyl group, a C.sub.6 to C.sub.12 aryl group, a benzil group, a benzal group, an unsaturated hydrocarbon moiety condensed to the phenyl ring so as to form a naphthalene ring, or a group corresponding to formula (II): ##STR2## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 in formula (II) each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl group, or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 hydroxyalkyl group; the Y.sup.1 and Y.sup.2 bonded to the phenyl ring in formulas (I) and (II) each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a group Z according to one of formulas (III) and (IV): ##STR3## in which each of R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6. and R.sup.7 in formulas (III) and (IV) independently represents a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 alkyl group or a C.sub.1 to C.sub.10 hydroxyalkyl group; the X's bonded to the phenyl rings in the polymer molecule may all be identical or may differ from one another, each of the Y.sup.1 's and Y.sup.2 's bonded to the phenyl rings in the polymer molecule may all be identical or may differ from one another, the average value for the number of Z groups substituted on each phenyl ring in said polymer molecule is 0.2 to 1.0; and n has a value of 2 to 50.

    摘要: A surface which has excellent adhesivity to paint, good corrosion resistance, and low friction may be obtained on drawn and iron tin plated cans by spraying the can surface for a time between 5 and 60 seconds at a temperature between 40.degree. and 60.degree. C. with an aqueous treating liquid having a pH between 4 and 6 and comprising (i) orthophosphoric acid and/or condensed phosphoric acids and (ii) a concentration of at least 0.1 w/o of a water soluble oligomer according to the general formula: ##STR1## wherein n is a number with a value between 10 and 30 and each of X and Y independently represents hydrogen or a group Z, wherein Z has a chemical composition conforming to the general formula: ##STR2## wherein each of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 is an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl group having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, except that at least 25% of the total of all the X and Y groups in the oligomer are Z rather than hydrogen; and drying the surface thus sprayed, optionally after having first rinsed the sprayed surface with water.

    摘要: An audiovisual system allows a plurality of audiovisual devices to be interconnected for convenient operation from a single set of function keys. The system includes a first AV device and other connected AV devices connected so as to bidirectionally transfer data. Control data from connected devices are read by a CPU of the first device and written to a RAM memory portion of the first device. When a function key of the first device is operated, a connected device is operated according to the control data read therefrom and stored in the first device. A memory card incorporating control data for the external devices may further be accessed by the first AV device for reading control data for the external devices. A particular function key may control as many functions as there are connected devices in the AV system.
