Abstract:
Provided is an image processing system including a multiband signal acquisition unit and a dye spectral property determining unit. The multiband signal acquisition unit acquires a multiband signal value of a subject specimen that has been stained with H&E dyes. The dye spectral property determining unit generates new spectral properties of the H dye and the E dye by varying standard spectral properties previously set to each of the H dye and the E dye according to a spectral property change model, and determines the spectral properties of the H dye and the E dye based on the generated new spectral properties and multiband signal values.
Abstract:
An anti-fuse element that includes an insulation layer; a pair of electrode layers on the upper and lower surfaces of the insulation layer; and an extraction electrode formed so as to make contact with a section of the electrode layers that form electrostatic capacitance with the insulation layer. The anti-fuse element is configured to create a structural change section including short circuit sections that are short-circuited such that the pair of electrode layers are fused mutually to engulf the insulation layer, and a dissipation section with the electrode layers and insulation layer dissipated by engulfing the insulation layer, when a voltage not less than the breakdown voltage of the insulation layer is applied. Furthermore, the extraction electrode has at least two or more sections in contact with the electrode layer.
Abstract:
An anti-fuse element that includes a capacitance unit having an insulation layer and at least a pair of electrode layers formed on upper and lower surfaces of the insulation layer. The capacitance unit has a protection function against electrostatic discharge. Because the capacitance unit has a protection function against electrostatic discharge, an anti-fuse element can be provided which is less likely to cause insulation breakdown due to electrostatic discharge at the time of, for example, mounting a component.

Provided is an image processing device that includes: a data-set generating unit that generates a plurality of data sets in which spectral information and color information corresponding to the spectral information are set as a pair; an associating unit that associates a stained sample image with at least one of data sets generated by the data-set generating unit based on color information of the stained sample image and color information of the respective data sets; and a spectral-information extracting unit that extracts spectral information used for estimating spectral characteristics of the stained sample according to the association of data sets by the associating unit.

A microscope system includes an image acquiring unit that acquires a specimen image formed by capturing a specimen multi-stained by a plurality of pigments using a microscope; a pigment amount acquiring unit that acquires a pigment amount of each pigment staining a corresponding position on the specimen, for each pixel of the specimen image; and a pigment selecting unit that selects a display target pigment from the plurality of pigments. The system also includes a display image generating unit that generates a display image where a staining state of the specimen by the display target pigment is displayed, on the basis of the pigment amount of the display target pigment in each pixel of the specimen image; and a display processing unit that displays the display image on a display unit.
