    Abstract: In a window regulator, a positioner is provided between a pair of slider bases and a pair of windowpane holders and define a relative position therebetween in a forward/rearward direction of a vehicle; a vehicle-widthwise-directional wall is provided on each guide rail; and a pair of forward/rearward directional guide walls is provided on each slider base to hold an associated vehicle-widthwise-directional wall in the forward/rearward direction and to guide an associated slider base along an associated guide rail. A clearance in the forward/rearward direction between the vehicle-widthwise-directional wall of one guide rail and the forward/rearward-directional guide walls of one slider base is set smaller than that between the vehicle-widthwise-directional wall of the other guide rail and the forward/rearward-directional guide walls of the other slider base.

    Abstract: In a wire regulator, a lifting wire extension direction is a direction crossing a rainwater and the like dropping direction. A first rainwater guide portion having an eave formed on one side of a slider through a lifting wire is formed. A second rainwater guide portion having an eave formed on the other side of the slider through the lifting wire is formed. The eave of the first rainwater guide portion and the eave of the second rainwater guide portion are arranged shifted from each other in the rainwater and the like dropping direction.

    Abstract: In a window regulator which moves a slider base, slidable along a guide rail, via a pair of wires, the slider base includes: a guide portion which is fitted to the guide rail to be movable in the longitudinal direction thereof; first and second wire engaging portions with which ends of the wires are engaged, respectively; and first and second force application portions which receive a force in a moving direction of the slider base from the wires, and the guide portion is positioned in at least one of the areas between the first force application portion and the first wire engaging portion and between the second force application portion and the second wire engaging portion in the widthwise direction of the guide rail. This makes it possible to obtain a window regulator which is superior in smoothness of operation and operating efficiency of the slider base.

    Abstract: A vehicular window regulator that decreases an inclination of a glass centering on a thickness direction of the glass and an inclination restraining mechanism are provided. The window regulator includes a member secured to a glass, traction member guides. At least one of the traction member guides are each disposed above and below the member, across the member. The inclination restraining mechanism is wound across the respective traction member guides, and includes a traction member having one end portion installed at the member from above, and further having another end portion installed at the member from below. An installation position to the member, of the one end portion of the traction member and an installation position to the member, of the other end portion of the traction member are offset in a horizontal direction, viewing from a thickness direction of the glass.
