    Abstract: A faucet is provided that electronically controls the flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed. The faucet illustratively includes a faucet body and a faucet handle. In some embodiments, the faucet may include a faucet body and be voice controlled. The faucet illustratively includes an inertial motion unit sensor mounted in the faucet handle to sense spatial orientation of the faucet handle. The faucet illustratively includes an electronic flow control system to adjust flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed. The faucet illustratively includes a controller configured to receive signals from the inertial motion unit sensor and control the electronic flow control system to adjust flow volume and temperature of water being dispensed based upon the position of the faucet handle.

    Abstract: An electronic lock with a lock assembly that includes a bolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The electronic lock includes a motor configured to drive the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. A controller is provided that is configured to control actuation of the motor to selectively move the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. The electronic lock includes a user interface configured to output information about the electronic lock. A misalignment scoring means is provided for detecting interference to movement of the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position and determining a lock misalignment score based on the detected interference. The user interface identifies the lock misalignment score.

    Abstract: A package securement device includes a containment device in the form of either a bag or a box for receiving packages. The containment device includes an opening allowing for removal and insertion of packages. Access may be given to the interior of the containment device through an electronic device with a credential receiver configured to receive a credential input by a user. A communication module with a wireless transmitter connected to the electronic device transmits and receive a wireless communication regarding a status of the containment bag. A remote user interface may be used to monitor and control access to the containment device.
