    Abstract: A locking device with a bolt movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The locking device includes an electronic controller for selectively controlling movement of the bolt between the locked and unlocked position. At least two input devices are provided, such as a keypad, a biometric input, etc., which communicate an authentication code to the controller. The controller controls movement of the bolt based on a valid authentication code received from any of the at least two input devices.

    Abstract: A lockset that includes a latch assembly, an interior assembly and an exterior assembly. The latch assembly includes a bolt movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The interior assembly is configured to electronically control movement of the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position. The exterior assembly includes a locking assembly configured to be mechanically coupled with the latch assembly. The interior assembly includes an interior wireless communication unit and the exterior assembly includes an exterior wireless communication unit that is configured to wirelessly communicate therebetween. In some embodiments, an exterior assembly includes a photovoltaic cell and the interior assembly includes a light source. The light source and the solar cell are configured for wirelessly communicating and for power transmission between the exterior and interior assemblies through a bore hole in the door.

    Abstract: An electronic lock includes a latch assembly that includes a bolt that is movable between an extended position and a retracted position. The electronic lock includes a keypad for receiving a keypad input event. The electronic lock includes a processing unit being configured to control the movement of the bolt between the extended position and the retracted position responsive to receiving a valid keypad input event. The processing unit is configured to capture the keypad input event. Based at least in part on a characteristic of the keypad input event, the processing unit indicates if a tampering event exists. The characteristic includes at least one of an input location on the keypad, an input duration on the keypad, and an input timestamp.
