Abstract: A panel driving circuit and a display device are provided. The panel driving circuit includes a control board and a plurality of driving modules. A plurality of first connectors and a plurality of first oblique-insertion-proof protection circuits are disposed on the control board. Each of the driving modules includes a driving circuit board and a plurality of driving chips. The driving circuit board is connected to the plurality of driving chips. A second connector and a second oblique-insertion-proof protection circuit are disposed on each of the driving circuit boards. Irreversible damage to displays caused by improper wiring insertion can be prevented.

Therefore, the present application avoids the issues of flickering images, achieves the goal of lowered flickering images of the frequency conversion display device and improvement of display quality.
