摘要: Provided is a novel heating system for an electric vehicle.
A heating system for a vehicle compartment includes: a heat source storage chamber disposed below a vehicle compartment floor of an electric vehicle and configured to store at least one heat source element unit selected from an automotive battery, a motor, a converter, and an inverter; and a connection chamber configured to connect between the heat source storage chamber and the vehicle compartment. A heat exchange medium flows in the heat source storage chamber and the connection chamber. The heat source element unit and air in the vehicle compartment exchange heat with each other through the heat exchange medium.-

摘要: An air conditioning register includes: a retainer, fins, a connecting plate and a drive mechanism; wherein: connecting pins of the fins are engaged with cam grooves provided in the connecting plate so that all fins are connected to the connecting plate, wherein: each of the cam grooves has a parallel blowing zone for bring adjacent fins into a parallel blowing mode, and has a diffusion blowing zone for bringing adjacent fins into a diffusion blowing mode; and the drive mechanism is provided with an allowing part which allows the connecting plate to move in the arrangement direction of the fins, while maintaining the zone where each connecting pin is positioned in each cam chamber in the parallel blowing zone, when the operation of tilting the fins is performed with the fin shafts as a fulcrum, and only when each connecting pin is in the parallel blowing zone.

摘要: An interior component has a projecting portion projecting rearward at a position forward and downward from a vehicle occupant when the occupant maintains a sitting posture in a passenger compartment. The interior component has a front inclined surface section and a rear inclined surface section in a lower section of the projecting portion. A retainer and air-direction changing members arranged in the retainer are arranged immediately below the projecting portion at positions forward from the front inclined surface section. A manipulating member is arranged above the rear inclined surface section with at least a part of the manipulating member exposed rearward from the projecting portion. A first transmission mechanism and a second transmission mechanism, which transmit movement of the manipulating member to the air-direction changing members, are arranged in the interior component.

摘要: A defrosting performance identical to that in a conventional front defroster nozzle device is exhibited by a simpler structure even in the case of decreasing the overall length of a front defroster nozzle device in the direction of vehicle width. A current of air from a front blow-opening formed on the same side as a windshield is mainly sent to the left and right end portions of the windshield and a current of air from a rear blow-opening adjacent to the front blow-opening and formed further inside the vehicle interior than the front blow-opening is mainly sent to the central portion of the windshield. Accordingly, currents of air are inhibited from interfering with each other.

摘要: An air conditioning thin register includes: a case including a blow-out opening for the air-conditioning air; a pair of auxiliary fins provided in portions of the interior of the case which are adjacent to the second walls; and a main fin extending in the first direction between the paired auxiliary fins, the two auxiliary fins being inclined similarly to and synchronously with the main fin, wherein the second walls include in their downstream portions swelling wall portions swelling in a direction to go away from the ventilation passage, a space surrounded by the swelling wall portions constitutes an inclination space allowing the auxiliary fins to incline more outwardly of the ventilation passage than ordinary wall portions; and the dimension of the blow-out opening in the second dimension and the distance between the ordinary wall portions of the paired second walls are set equal or approximate to each other.

摘要: A shut-off damper of an air-conditioning register has a damper body serving as a frame portion and a sealing portion softer than the damper body. The sealing portion includes a distal sealing portion caused to contact an inner wall surface of a retainer at a closed position and a flexible joint portion joining the distal sealing portion and the damper body together. The distal sealing portion has a cross section configured by a projected curved portion and contacts the inner wall surface of the retainer at the curved portion. At least a part of the joint portion has an increased thickness portion having a thickness increasing toward the damper body.
